Time to expand my Garden. I used to have a 1 acre garden and I can do it again.
So now they can inject what every they want into peoples food, including drugs that affect people's ability to think for themselves. Specifically drugs that can make people more compliant.

Don't focus on the main subject of his anti-aging plan. Instead focus on his earlier books. He was an authority on micro-nutrients and nutritional quality/density of food and a consultant to NASA for increasing the nutritional quality of the Astronaut food and the Biodome experiment. One you read it you understand why food in america has such low nutritional quality vs a large part of the rest of the world.
When I was in Belarus almost every piece of food I ate was grow locally and was no more than a day old, usually same day picked. I had never felt so health after being there only one month. Even lost fat and gained muscle. Came back here and the opposite took place. Since then I buy as much food as possible direct from farmers. I bought into a cattle collective so I was a part owner of a herd of cattle just so I could get fresh unpasteurized milk, and beef from the same heard. When I grew up we rarely ate food from the store. I had a great uncle that raised beef cattle and we had a 1+ acre garden. Canning and freezing food all summer. I was never sick and doctors always said as a kid I was very health, above average.
