Sadly people continue to feel that another election will solve something.

That book is being heavily promoted by people who should be fighting to keep it suppressed. The book feels like bait for conservatives to rally 'round only to have the floor drop out from under them when it suddenly proves to be a "right wing conspiracy " aimed at Milley. Step very carefully.

The purpose of the military is to defend the rights of the people of this country against any foreign enemy threatening or using force to infringe those rights. They are answerable to the Commander in Chief that is elected by those people. He in turn must follow by the laws and procedures of our Republic as enacted by the Congress and deemed constitutional by the Judicial Branch. Where does Milley get the authority to supersede all of this, perhaps from Nancy Pelosi? Get out the rope!!!

Before the Afghan debacle. They witheld info for personal gain. The info could have changed the entire Afghan situation. What say we.

As soon as Milley started spouting the nonsense that America's biggest threat was white supremacist militants in our own military, I knew he was an untrustworthy pile of dung. Unfortunately, from my own military background, I saw this coming. The good generals I worked with were sabotaged and run off, while the political sycophants were pushed up the ladder of promotion, whether actually competent in their field or not.

I worked with the best and the worst of them, so I knew this was coming. Given the outright disdain retired Chinese flag officers have for their own military, I have a feeling that a conflict between them and us will be a bloodbath of epic proportions, brought about by the sheer incompetence of both our military leaders.
