EUA: Emergency Use Authorization Laws

It is illegal for your work to require you to get a vaccine. Here’s the details/laws:

According to U.S Code 360bbb-3- (EUA)

You are legally able to accept or refuse the vaccine!

The law states:

“(III) of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks.”

Also, the CDC has also addressed this in 2020:

Dr. Amanda Cohn, the executive secretary of the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices said, “vaccines are not allowed to be mandatory. So, early in this vaccination phase, individuals will have to be consented and they won’t be able to be mandatory.” Cohn later stated that this prohibition on requiring the vaccines applies to organizations, including hospitals.


Don’t quit your job. Make them fire you and then sue them down the road. It’s illegal for them to force it in order for you to keep your job. The workplace doesn’t have that power for experimental jabs.
