My first pants on the ground encounter took place when I walked out of a store at a mall to see two black dudes standing around showing off their underwear with belts holding up their pants along the tops of their thighs.
For sheer surprise me dino unleashed a snort that would have been the start of laughter if I had not managed to cut it off.
The two black dudes gave me haughty looks I guess for being a white dude too square and too uncool not to appreciate if not to marvel at their displays of the latest fashion statement.
