    My recollection of Uncle Sam is being the one who enforces involuntary servitude via the military draft board and the IRS. He is a propaganda tool otherwise, imo.

The forced compliance on makes me think. What about the basic laws we have and prison? Is there an argument that they exist only to avoid criminal using force against others? Noise pollution is a good example of a grey area.

    110dB music, measured in ones property, perhaps from my favorite rap group, “Two Tennis Shoes in a Dryer”, is a physical force against a person working first shift for a living. That requires no further logic.
    
    Injecting hexavalent chromium into the water table is also a physical force against another.
    
    People seeking to put an end to either are not the bad guys, necessarily.
