During one of his press conferences (actually a sham event where the POTUS Trump was supposed to stand there and let the MSMM slap him around) he had a great opportunity to make this clear, but didn't do a good job of it.
It's typical of 1930's Germany state propaganda: say a lie loudly and often, and the lie becomes accepted as if it was true by those who can't think logically and rationally. Yet those idiots are still allowed to vote (early and often.)
