Who would be stupid enough to answer you on the internet, these days?

For the record...I have NEVER owned anything but a rubber band gun.

    So swear me, god.

And I thought that you were wondering about using the Coast Guard in the raid!

Only ordering a double latte, in your Birkenstocks, can do that to you....

Gods Hairy Balls! (That's right...I stole it from kh.) From 1986???!! Okay, think about this for a sec. Imagine ALL the info the gov can throw back in people's faces with the NSA spying, 5, 10, 30 years from now.
"You once said you owned a bazooka...so of course we have the authority to raid your house...and while we were there we found home grown vegetables. Growing your own vegetables is ILLEGAL... has been since 2014."

"A Bazooka? The only bazooka I've ever owned is bubble gum, Sir."

"You are growing illegal vegetables!!!. Are you going to argue and resist arrest now??!!"

There is a felony resisting arrest... but you have to be really bad to be charged with it, although it is your word against an officers word, so you lose :-( I do know that in my state, if you so much as say NO at any time during the arrest, you are guilty of resisting. Un-fricken believable !

I did not know that could keep you from having a firearm. resisting arrest is more than a misdemeanor?

Oops 1986, which makes what was done even more disgusting. I agree with you, they are toast.
