Crime with pistols on "stabilizing" braces is zero.
The wording of this rubbish allows the murdering scum at BATF (aka F-Troop) to use their "judgement" on what is illegal and what isn't. That is the same F-Troop who attacked innocent people and murdered them in Waco TX for allegedly owing a $200 tax on firearms, and F-Troop didn't prove any charges. The local sheriff could find no evidence whatsoever. F-Troop attacked with automatic weapons and murdered women and children.
This is who the JustUS dept wants us to trust with judgement of legal weapons.
These people are murderers. They were not punished; they were promoted.
