Overcoming the Hurdles to Seasteading

What I learned new about this is there is already a legal framework being developed for small island nations that are “sinking” to replace their land with floating cities. This could be applied to Seasteads, but possibly not part of an existing country. Joe Quirk points out that cruise ships operate this way right now, and it’s not controversial.

I do not know if there will be a liberty-oriented seastead, but I think this will happen in some form or another. The surface of the earth is mostly water.
