I'm not a fan of Russel Brand, but he makes some salient points about where power resides and social media. If this self inflated jackass can see and express the "problem" as well it makes one wonder...

    for me it was a good tool to promote my books. I was able to advertise cheaply and within a modest budget. Plus, the range of people on FB allowed me to connect with old shipmates I hadn't seen or spoken to in many years. As a medium it's exceptional at what it can offer. Unfortunately, we are one again witnessing " absolute power corrupts absolutely."
    Brand's points are good ones and well worth listening to. I he's correct in many ways but is jaded in some points which take away from his stance, IMO.
