My neighbor teaches a class to adults, and was informed that he COULD NOT ask if his students were vaccinated because it was a violation of patient privacy per HIPAA!

So now my answer to anyone who asks (no one so far) will be: 'you are in violation of federal law asking that question'.

And we wonder why part of Oregon wants to cede to Idaho lol. They are current using the Constitution for toilet paper
