African Muslim Barbary coast and other pirates from AFRICA were raping, plundering, murdering and enslaving White Europeans.

In fact Thomas Jefferson that old white dude slaver formed the US Navy and ended the African Barbary Coast Pirates.

Where are the reparations from Africa and all blacks for all the white slavery victims they oppressed?

As long as hindsight isn't systematically lied about to kids in classrooms.

When the human race can look back with understanding of the societies before us, without judging by modern standards, then it can be truly said that humanity has finally grown up. The 1619 Project shows we have a huge mountain to climb before then. As long as there are people willing to twist history for power and loot, that height will remain unscaled.

You know...every slave brought to the continental US was already a slave when they were picked up by the slave traders in Africa. Whitey did not go running through the jungles capturing slaves, when they bought them they were already slaves. Slave in fact can still be purchased in Africa today, sold by their own brethren. The current "African Americans" here in the US should be eternally grateful that their forefathers ended up here and that whitey fought a civil war to free them. Any punishment for the sin of slavery was paid for in blood by the people involved back in the American Civil war. We have the richest and most privileged black people in the world living in the USA. As an old white guy that immigrated to the US in 1968 I am eternally grateful to be here....they should be too.

I'm still waiting for the 1627 project to show up. That's when the famous raid on Iceland took place by POC from Africa and 400 captives were taken back to Africa and sold as slaves. Actually, European peoples had been raided and sold into slavery in Africa and the Middle East for many centuries. I've never seen a "project" put forth to address those issues. Oh wait, where are the descendants of all those white slaves? Shouldn't Africa have a large population of white people resulting from all those raids? From what I've been able to gather white slaves had a very short life expectancy and breeding them was not an accepted practice. I admit I don't know a lot about this subject, but if there were a 1627 project, maybe we all would know more.

They are rewriting history not based on what actually occurred, but on an ideology that they are attempting to make happen today. These people are pure evil.

At least the original pilgrims were courageous enough to set forth into the unknown world! Brave souls risking their lives.
