    The French. how good is their nuclear expertise and safety?
    They run a big nuclear electricity setup. They are seldom in the news. Their nuclear electricity generators are crucial to France and very important to Germany (etc.) who due to crackpot climate policies rely on French nukes and Russian natural gas.

    So, I think if the French say there is a problem, then there is a problem.
    So, another coverup by China.
