His name is Lt. Michael Byrd, a name Fake News has known for months and deliberately covered up.
Dinesh D'Souza presents details in the linked article, including that the name is in the Congressional Record because someone was heard "blurting it out."

      Blacks slaughter blacks like crazy but only get mad when it's leaps and bounds far rarer that white cop kills a black criminal even in a legal self-defense line of duty.

    There are too many discrepancies and cover-ups in everything about the "January 6th Riot". The video of the "killing" was done quite professionally, only the actors were really, really, bad. I've seen elementary school plays that were more believable. I pretty much doubt she was shot at all, it seemed so obvious how the players stayed out of the way of the camera(s), and the lines from the actors, "Get Back, get back" etc., just did not play well to the images. I wonder just where Ashli is vacationing (hiding) for the rest of her life. I'm astounded how everyone, right and left, is now playing along with the story as told. Just my opinion, I could be wrong.       "Going down the Babbit hole" someone says at the end. You should start a post (I call them threads) with this link. If you are someone else does not do it, I will. Dino won't be a scoop ya hog. I'll wait all the way till Sunday night.
      What jolted me with seeing Babbit move while being wheeled away from the Capital while a narrator says, "Look, she's still alive."
      Wondering if the shooting was faked, where is Ashi now. Was there a funeral? Did she fake a cremation to be a runaway wife?

        Hey Dino, please go ahead and take it. I appreciate your tenacity and diligence on such important topics. I'm currently fighting with the VA and couldn't possibly do it any justice.

        Imagine yourself pushing people out of the way so they don't block the camera shots during an incident where a friend of yours just un-expectantly got shot and is bleeding out of her mouth in one gush of blood but not bleeding out for some reason. You have more concern for the camera crew than you do for your friend. And the people yelling orders that haven't even seen her yet, it's so amateur. I especially like the part where they drag her out by her arms and legs and pout her on a gurney outside the building. I'll be looking forward to your directed scenario.

          You'd think if the shot lady was dead the police would clear the CRIME SCENE (even if its construed to be her crime) and outline her body with chalk before removing her.
          I'll write it a little later today. I've a chore I gotta go take care of right now.
