    Yeah, he's mentally gone. Never really had all the cards in his deck to start with. I don't say that lightly and I wouldn't make fun of anybody dealing with this. But, Joe isn't well...

    Yep, as a true politician he MSU's it (Makes Shit Up) as he babbles on. I give it another 100 days and the wheels of motion will be moving to remove him from office - either voluntarily or involuntary. But then be careful what you ask for - you just might get it.
