Yes, they are ‘coming after your guns’ ... if you carry them outside your house - 9th Circuit "RULES" There Is No Right To Carry A Gun In Public, Re-writing the Second Amendment

The right of the People to keep and BEAR ARMS shall not be infringed.

It could not be clearer that the 9th Circuit is in violation of the constitution and they have violated their oaths. Treason.
Execute traitors.

Oboy! Those people who want to confiscate guns better not show up in Texas during hunting season. They will get hernias from trying to carry all the guns that are 'out in the public'.

More rewriting of history and the Constitution. These judges really believe the American people are stupid and they can fool all the people all the time. KEEP = to own and have and hold. BEAR = carry about wherever you go - there are no restrictions or specifications in the Constitution governing on where to bear. Seems pretty clear to me.

It seems they want to redefine the phrase "the people" in the 2nd Amendment to mean "the state". Once that is accomplished then the phrase "We The People" becomes "We The State".

"... there are no restrictions or specifications in the Constitution governing on where to bear."

Even more so, how the hell would one not publicly "bear" a warship?

"A warship, you say?" I do.

      ARTICLE I, SECTION 8, CLAUSE 11
The Congress shall have Power To ...grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal....

How does one capture or sink warships? With other warships. The constitution, a written, expected private citizens to own the absolute pinnacle of military tech: the naval warship. Further, after (IIRC) the War of 1812 in which we issued said letters to private citizens while we build tup a small navy, we then sold most of them to private citizens when done with them.

Kinda hard, especially in those days, to keep warships in one's home and not out in public.

They will never get everyone's firearms. And specially will never get even half the people to comply. Millions of firearms will have magically vanished.

I think that among the states that allow open carry there should be an "open carry day".

I'm all for that, though we don't carry openly, simply not to give any misanthrope a clue.

We belong to an affinity group (local atheist organization) which is historically very liberal. We are FOUNDING members, plus had been attending meetings for 10+ years, when someone commented about "those horrible people who run around with guns." My husband calmly stated "You have NEVER seen me unarmed." This was 100% true. I thought their heads were going to explode. The look on their faces was absolutely priceless.

Makes me wonder WHY we don't copy them more? Yeah I know, they're liars, criminals, you name it, but they get what they want. Can't we employ the same tactics in service of GOOD things?

Because Alinksy's "Rules for Radicals" was, and still is, widely misconstrued as a leftist writing for leftists. It was not. It was codification of long understood (at the time) proven techniques for breaking the abuses of those in power.

Hold them to their own rulebooks and standards. Mandate harsh un unbiased enforcement of bad laws. These are (two of, and IMO the most effective) the ways those problems are handled.

If a lefty calls for people to be pilloried and "canceled" over something (ie. blackface or language), but is exposed as having done the same thing - they get equal and we should call for it and be explicit about it being because they did do and we are simply holding them to their own standards and rules.

They want quotas at hiring? Fine, enforce them on them. If that means a particular minority group only represents, say 4% of an area's population, nobody can hire more than 4% of their workforce from that population.

You have to enforce bad laws and rules in order to get them gone. Not doing so is the very foundation of corrupt law and preferential treatment. Preferential treatment and favored exemption was actually a core part of what lead to the Boston Tea Party.

Its about open carry - but then do the bad people open carry their illegal fire arms in public? This will be a "unifying" policy. (sarc). Just think - the good people and bad people will have something in common.

Bad people, at least the ones I've met, usually use concealed carry. They don't worry that they might need a "concealed-carry permit" because they know that as felons they are not allowed to have firearms at all. When murder perp photos appear in our local newspaper it is difficult to avoid making rude jokes about "ethnically challenged" individuals who are also ethically challenged.

I'm grandfathered for my right to bear arms. They gave me one, and put me in change of a bunch more, taught me how to use them, then sent me some 8000 miles away to do so. Then they wouldn't allow me to bring any back with me, so I legally bought some of my own. What's the new allowable wording for "Indian Giver"?

And what stopped the shooter in the market? Was it not an off duty LE with a gun? Yes he died. But how many did he save by having a gun. What if one more person had carried that day? I never go to WalMart unarmed- just saying.

My hearth and home is all inclusive of the lands of the United States. Where ever I walk is my front yard. My hearth can be at my brother or sister’s house.

And those family members , are those who share a belief in God, family and country.

A freeborn people are not required to submit to tyranny, but are allowed to utilize all tools necessary to maintain their essential liberties, especially from their creation at law.

This country is lost for good. We are going to be ruled by the left, with no recourse with elections, and no way to overthrow them. Time to hide in plain sight, or move out of the USA.
