Poll: While Republican Voters Care About Issues, Democratic Voters' Top Concern Is Utter Foolishness

Q: IF THIS POLL IS ACCURATE, those who profess to be Democrats are utterly and completely brainwashed.

Excerpt:
"The priorities of the Democratic Party have always been hard for me to understand, and a recent survey from Echelon Insights once again has me scratching my head wondering how Democrats’ priorities can be so out of wack.

What do you think the Democrats’ number one issue of concern is? Jobs? Poverty? COVID-19? The environment? Health care?

Pfft. You’re not even close. According to Kristen Soltis Anderson, the cofounder of Echelon Insights, Democrat voters’ number one issue is none of those issues. Nor is it police brutality or LGBT issues. In fact, the number one issue for Democrat voters isn’t even a public policy issue at all. Democrat voters are more concerned about “Donald Trump’s supporters” than anything else.

I kid you not. According to their survey, a stunning 82 percent of Democratic voters are Extremely/Very Concerned about “Donald Trump’s supporters.”

What does this mean? What can we assume from this?

The answer is obvious. Democrats are less concerned about policy issues than they are about people with whom they disagree politically. To them, Trump supporters are more dangerous than Islamic terrorists, a more pressing issue than gun violence, and even more important than issues that affect their various constituencies, like discrimination against LGBT Americans, sexism, student debt, alleged voter suppression, etc.

To these voters, Trump supporters are a bigger issue than all of those and more. Imagine being a store owner minding your own business and thinking that the Democrat voters around you think you are a bigger issue facing this country than anything else, even more than the issues that directly affect their own families.

What about Republican voters? Well, they are actually concerned about real issues. Their number one issue is illegal immigration, followed by a lack of support for police and high taxes.

The fact that Democrats see Trump supporters as a bigger problem than almost everything else tells you how insane they’ve become. The Democratic Party isn’t afflicted by Trump Derangement Syndrome, they are defined by it."

Each group was asked a different set of questions with their own interpretations so it's impossible to make a comparison between groups. Each group should be viewed on its own in this kind of "study".

In any case, I'd say the Republican #4 is highly responsible for the Democrat #1.

That and life-long brainwashing in "government schools" public and private.

I was surprised that election fraud was so far down the Repub list.

Without the ability to speak out and vote, the only way to object to what a government is doing is VIOLENCE. The left should pay attention to this and not be surprised. They are making their bed by fiddling with the elections, and now they will have to lie in it

6 feet under would be an appropriate bed in some cases.

I think that we need to regard some of these politicians as basically evil people. I would put hillary, biden, schumer, pelosi, kamala, and undoubtedly a number of additional ones in that category. If I stumbled upon any of them in need of help on the side of the road, I would just drive on

No doubt! I know a few teachers still teaching and they are definitely lefties. The only conservative teacher I've known in the past 20 years has been retired for about 10.

        And, me too.

This is not an accident. The Democrat-run school system and Democrat-run media are there to create sheep to help the Deep State control everybody.

When Trump failed to cross the Rubicon, he showed himself too much of a cuck to do what it takes to bring them down.

The process of becoming a Party Democrat includes completing a frontal lobotomy. Since people are being persuaded to complete this procedure on themselves, most attempts are rather rudimentary (using spoons) and the self-infliction includes significant collateral damage. Being unable to distinguish between necessary and unnecessary portions of the brain, the default behavior is simply to err on the side of getting it all. Then the resulting brain is "washed" by submitting it to the Great Porcelain Throne. Democrats have been previously conditioned to partake liberally from the Great Porcelain Throne, so being asked to give back is only fair.

The result is a walking zombie - a brainless ideologue who now has no more sense than a common rock. But like all good horror movie zombies, they have a thirst for brains. Some part of them retains a memory of what it was like to think for themselves, to have fun, to enjoy a good book, or to engage in meaningful discussion. But without that gray matter to help make cognitive connections, they are left to wallow in the misery and hate they continue to partake of from their Great Orators by virtue of that device commonly mounted on the wall of the living room. These zombies are accustomed to ingesting the offal-ings of these Great Orators, which was what put them in constant contact with the Great Porcelain Throne in the first place. Having been whipped into an emotional frenzy just prior to their lobotomies, their only motivation is now provided by the remnants of these emotions and without any kind of reason to keep them in check, the resulting husks simply stagger around in a state of perpetual anger toward anyone who doesn't exhibit the same type of behavior.

Is there hope for mankind? Though there are some who have stopped short of the Great Lobotomy and are now realizing that a mind is a terrible thing to waste, far too many are succumbing to the most prevalent (un)ethical procedure to ever have afflicted mankind. Unfortunately, it appears that the procedure shows little capability for reversal.

I would have said I am “extremely/very concerned” about “Trump supporters”. I see this as one shorthand for a complex social problem that relates to loneliness, lack of social interaction, media feedback loops that give us more train wrecks if we tend to stare at them, and news papers, entertainment, tabloids, and idiots carrying on all being presented on the same page. Saying “Trump supporters” implies the ignorance, mean-spiritedness, and attention-seeking behavior I associated with Trump’s act. It’s not that different from Peter Keating behavior.

The article says it’s “Democratic voters’ top concern”, but really it’s the most prevalent concern. I suspect if you asked respondents in this same survey their top concern, the most common answer (not mine) would be the healthcare one, even though it’s not on the top of the list by prevalence.

Of the items on the list, I actually would say my greatest concern is “Trump supporters”, but that’s an inaccurate ad hominem way to describe the problem. I mean the problem that Sen Ben Sasse calls “loneliness” or a lack of “hometown-gym-on-a-Friday-night feeling”.

Loneliness is a president who campaigns from his basement and has so few supporters that his party has to rig the election and blackmail the judges to get into unearned office.
Before posting more insulting, irrational rubbish, go read the Anti-Federalist Papers and think about what the US Constitution really means. If you read it and have any ability to understand English the original intent of the Constitution will be clear and the extent of the irrationality of the left you so dearly cling to will be obvious.
