I use an iPad, download the pic to the “add to photos “ selection by holding my finger on the meme, then I can down load it as an attachment in an email.

I send a link via email to IN THE MEME TYME and the recipients are able to click on it and view the memes without being asked to sign in.

Here, copy this link, sign out and log off, past the link in your address box (https: etc) and click on the memes to view each one. It won't ask you to sign in unless you try to comment or reply to a comment.
