The election of Trump was the last gasp of a dying country. Now with the election of senile Joe, casting couch Kamala, and giving the dems control of the senate and House... IT'S REALLY OVER. Goodbye 2nd amendment. Goodbye free speech. Goodbye to travelling without permission. Goodbye private property rights.

USA Born 1776.. Died 2021.

This old-fashioned American sad woke jokes may perceive to be some antiquated dumb ole' dinosaur ain't giving up.
I do get depressed from time to time, but Trump has said in the face of all the rigged Schiff that the "The best is yet to come."
Me dino being age 74 and a Type 2 diabetic, who recently attended the funeral of a 47-yeat-old relative, who dropped dead from a heart attack that unexpectedly struck like a bolt out of the blue, me dino may not live to see what "the best" may be, but I'm not turning off any lights just yet.
Why? What "the promises made~~promises kept" dude said.
And I'm stubborn like that. Bring it on, traitors!
Remember way back when people used to say, "Better dead than red."
By the way, I no longer drink the Coke Zero I drank since it first came out a good while ago. Sugar free Canada Dry proved to be a more than adequate replacement. And I like diet Dr. Pepper too.
    Take that, you cowardly corporations!
    I am dino!
    Hear me ROAR!

Thanks for the upbeat post, Dino, it is needed. I get depressed for the future of the good ol' U S of A from time to time as well and have to fight sometimes to hold on to any optimism. Lately, there seems to be less and less to celebrate on behalf of what's left of Free America with the apparent conversion of the Congress of a free people into a version of Politburo and the Executive Branch looking a lot like a Bolshevik crony club. I'm assuming the Neo Communists now in charge will finish the job at the top by packing the SCOTUS and finally incinerate the Nations founding documents down the Orwellian memory hole. I'm hoping what's left of Free America can keep the lights on during what's left of my lifespan. Who knows if during that time things will improve to our favor?

        Yeah, who knows?
There may be a successful backlash . . . or maybe it will be rigged to fail like the last POTUS election.
This is a war between good and evil and evil cheats.

So the brains in the House, a former cocktail waitress, is leading the charge to pack the court. Figures.

The brains in the Democratic House. But when you compare AOC to Nadler, Schiff, Maxine Waters, and the many others, it's not only true but a sad state of affairs. Their collective IQ's could probably fit in a shoe box for infants while their integrity extends far into the negative exponents to be rivaled only by their unbridled ideological bent.

Surprisingly, some pollsters haven't yet been bought out, and what they show is that about 75% of the country doesn't agree with the agenda the Democrats are shoving down our throats. That's why everything is being rushed, to put their horrendous agenda in place before we get cranky.

Like most dictatorships (and that's what's being attempted), this group of clowns are betting on the support of law enforcement and the military to keep the rest of us in line. I think that's a really bad bet, given what I'm hearing from lots of sheriffs and military.

It's been a long time coming, diessos.
If you get the chance, read "Blacklisted by History: The Untold Story of Senator Joe McCarthy and His Fight Against America's Enemies", by M. Stanton Evans.
The communists began implanting their creatures in our government in the 1920s.
Now they also control our systems of education, and the military is being purged of those who would follow the Constitution.

We may be the proud owners of 400 million weapons, as freedomforall states above, but I wonder what good they will do against our military.
    That's where we're headed.

    The punch line?
As Antifa were the stooges for the communists, so the communists are the stooges for the globalists.
The commies will gain absolute power, but not for long.

Two women I know have recently been physically attacked for not wearing their masks. People in this country actually think it's ok to assault somebody for not wearing a mask. The country is finished, no doubt. The cowards are in control.

That said, I marvel at the calls to fight. Fight for what? Against who? I have honest confusion on this. When in modern history has a population rose up and defeated a totalitarian regime? Wasn't the last time with guillotines? I'm all ears on this, guys.

A while back I was listening to an interview of Ed Seykota. He's an investor/trader I respect. The topic came up that I'm very interested in - how do you invest in this changing environment. His answer blew me away because it was the first time I heard somebody say what I was thinking. It was along the lines of, "Sure, we have this environment of the Fed blowing these bubbles, increased regulations, higher taxes, etc. But, I just see it as a natural transition (of increasing government largess) like a caterpillar turning into a butterfly. (minus the beauty of course). I accept it and invest accordingly. It's like if somebody close to you is dying. There's nothing to 'fix'. It's part of life." That said, the answer for Objectivsts may be going Galt as best they can. It may be like a modern version of Anne Frank, which is a very sad proposition - that's not an existence. I think of it regularly because my mother-in-law is an elderly French lady who dodged the Nazis when they took over her little town in northern France. She hid from them as best she could. And, the stories she has shared with me about that have really grabbed me and are much like that opening scene in Inglourious Bastards.FWIW, Hitler simply bribed the elected officials and police before coming into France, making the invasion nothing more than a parade. Sound familiar?

I remember the 70s when the democrats controlled the house, the senate and the presidency. We had double digit inflation and lots of unemployment. We were still able to live our lives. Today's government is bad. But I think we can still live our lives.

If your not willing to stand up and fight it is all over. Many of the founders of this country gave there fortune, family, and their own lives to begin this great nation. I am willing ask yourself, are you.

I don't know. It's QUITE out of character for Donald Trump to ALLOW the election to be STOLEN from him and then just walk away.

    I DON'T BUY IT.

Him walking away to let the rest of America see what they voted FOR is probably why he's been semi-quiet about it so far.

He made TOO MANY promises, said TOO MANY things that would indicate that there's MUCH more to come that we cannot see yet.

Trump pretty much did everything by the book, reinstituted Federalism, and is now letting THE PEOPLE of the states fix their own backyards with the election fraud audits and new laws being written locally.

There's a guy who was prominent on Twitter until he was banned and now writes at http://Quodverum.com who thinks that Trump transformed the military for devolution. This Newsweek article explains:
    https://www.newsweek.com/exclusive-in...

I could be wrong, but I don't think Biden has done much to change the military and/or foreign policy. Maybe he CAN'T?

And, if you think about it, how can ONE MAN and all his like-minded cohorts turn back 100 years of corruption in four years? I was always wondering how he would do it in eight years! Well, he's likely working in the shadows now and will run again in 2024 to a landslide (when the fraud machine is all CLEANED up).

So, maybe it's possible a strategic genius and his friends can clean it all up, return us to a Constitutional Republic in TWELVE years.

My two cents that I'm holding out hope for and I think I see a bit of evidence to back it up.

Oh, and, just to make sure I'm prepared, I'm buying a little BitCoin, gold, and silver every month....JUST IN CASE something happens to the Federal Reserve and all. ;-)

It would be very serious to question the Federal Reserve. That's been done before to the detriment of many, The people behind the Fed Res are very serious folks.

Yep, I understand. It's also where ALL the corruption starts and ends in this country. And, even though I don't understand too much about ANYTHING Federal Reserve (except, of course, the obvious excess money printing=dollar devaluation. Hence, just ANOTHER tax WE pay.) last Spring, I was told that Trump with the 1st COVID stimulus had it absorbed into Treasury. A step towards abolishment? Make the Fed print insane amounts of money to ultimately hang the debt onto the Central Banks and bankrupt them. That's what I'm hearing is the strategy. Shrug And, that's why Janet Yellen is "Treasury Secretary" now and not Fed Chairman? Shrug again. You'll have to tell me if that's plausible because I don't know. It's just how it has been presented to me.

I believe in this video of one of Trump's last speeches before he was elected in 2016 he's specifically talking about the Fed. You can't fix it ALL without abolishing it. He doesn't strike me as someone who would say all this only to give up: https://youtu.be/G2qIXXafxCQ

Actually it's about time for some of the conspiracy theories to kick in. WIth all the standing in actors running things now, it's obvious it isn't working.

I posted this last Dec / January. It is part of a letter I sent to my Senators and Representative (all three flaming democrats). About the only thing I missed is the court packing - which if it happens then we are toast.

Election 2020 not to worry – Socialism will be great!

    • The huge expansion of the federal government as per the DNC 2020 national platform is a good thing. The federal government will solve all of our problems. We will no longer have personal responsibility.
    • China will now buy our debt given our national debt exceeds 27 trillion dollars and China friendly Biden will be president. We can simply sell more bonds to pay for our expenses. Hyper inflation will not be a problem
    • Our country will be much cleaner when we stop using fossil fuels. Given the limitations of electric cars our road trips will be closer to home. Air travel will be limited to private aircraft owned by the wealthy thus significantly reducing carbon emissions. The source of this electricity will be massive solar and wind farms.
    • Our homes will be heated with electricity in the new multiple family dwellings since our single family homes will be reduced or eliminated. Fortunately the extremely wealthy will be able to keep their mansions.
    • Our taxes will not be increased. When corporations raise their prices due to increased costs from their increased taxes, minimum wages, and inflation the federal government will have the ability to freeze their prices.
    • We will cut back on our military but will need to protect the countries with cobalt and other mineral resources so we can have our electric cars.
    • The border wall will come down so that anyone can come to our country for free health care and all the perks. This will ensure the Democratic Party will always be in control.
    • The Second Amendment will no longer be relevant because the police forces will be reduced or eliminated and social workers will handle the violent people.
    • The First Amendment will no longer be needed given what we will need to know will be provided by the big tech companies and Main Stream News Media.
    • Healthcare will be provided only by the federal government. The FDA will make sure all drugs and procedures are government approved so as to protect the citizens. Healthcare is a human right.
    • Student loans will be forgiven. There will not be reimbursement for the students and parents who worked hard, saved their money, and paid for their education in full. All taxpayers will pay off the student debt.
    • Free education will be provided to those who oppose any government programs.
“A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship. The average age of the world's greatest civilizations has been 200 years. These nations have progressed through this sequence: From bondage to spiritual faith; From spiritual faith to great courage; From courage to liberty; From liberty to abundance; From abundance to selfishness; From selfishness to apathy; From apathy to dependence; From dependence back into bondage.” Tytler

Of course not. Denial is not a river in Egypt.
This is the cover letter I sent:

        January 7, 2021

        Senator Debbie Stabenow
        Washington, DC Office
        731 Hart Senate Office Bldg
        Washington, DC 20510-2204

        Dear Senator Stabenow

I have enclosed my assessment of the recent election and its implications for our society. Now that the Democratic Party has control of all three branches of government I fear for our country. I am seventy five years old so the intended and unintended consequences will happen after I am long gone. However, my kids and grand kids will have to deal with these consequences. Sadly, legislators are only held accountable at the ballot box. As Tyler stated, “the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy.” This will be your legacy unless you step up to the plate. But then, Congress takes care of it’s own so you will be unaffected.
As I see it we are in “Hunger Games meets Brave New World and Animal Farm in 1984 where Atlas Shrugged is no longer fiction.”
I realize this letter will fall on deaf ears but at least you cannot say you were never warned.

        U.S.A.
        Born July 4th, 1776
        Died January 20th 2021
        RIP

I’m tending towards agreement. Hard to believe this is what the majority wants.

It's not what the majority wants. But it is what that want people to believe. Hitler used this same tactic. Get the crowd to believe that is what everyone else wants and large number of people just go along with it because they follow each other.
It is the dynamics of people in large crowds, they will do things that they normally would not do or agree with. They get swept up in the emotion of the moment and it more often than not leads them down the wrong path day after day.
