One thing which is immensely satisfying to me is the sheer incompetence born of desperation these nincompoops are concerning standard IT things. Working in IT I've had experiences where I had to resort to a backup or even a bit restore of a deleted directory. It's actually VERY difficult to permenantly get rid of things off digital devices short of physical destruction.
