Calling her "Dr Jill Biden" is a complete joke. I know dozens of real PhDs, who have made real contributions to a real field. None use their title. If this was a Republican, the media would be all over it with "in this environment where real doctors are putting their lives on the line to help people in the pandemic, using this honorific title is unethical and misleading the public..."

However, I also bristle at "real doctors". Their study is far more rote than a PhD in physics or electrical engineering. PhD in Education, French Literature, et al, is a joke.
