“Remember this, nothing worth doing ever, ever, ever came easy.” Taking the road less traveled.
Every legal option must be exhausted. I thinQ that time has come. The military is the only way.

I don't care what anyone says. Biden isn't writing these EO's. Obama had 12 years to plan all this and that's where I place the blame. He wanted a 3rd term and he's damn well getting one! N

    Some thoughts:

Churchill said about Stalin, "He has a supreme grasp of the obvious".

There are those quite close who will not allow themselves to see, even to glimpse, what is in front of their noses.

The military. Which military do you have in mind?
Who. When. What criteria will trigger action. What would/could they do. ?

SCoTUS. They order release of tax records for scrutiny but not of election ballots. (Which is 'moot') Enough of them. What I would do with more more power, I would form my own court.

    The rules for my court:
    Obvious, it has no power.
Its name- the surrogate court of public opinion.
Its task, follow up on election charges , the ones 'mooted' by SCotus, look at those charges as they should be by a serious strict court, was there fraud, extent? What laws were broken. Who by.
Composed of, now here is a challenge, persons of impeccable expertise and reputation, surely such can be found.
Must be elderly, careers behind them, visas ready for Latvia/Cook Is/Panama/.. (I joke not)
Balance- unfortunately some needed. Their findings must carry weight across the board.
Recommendations for action, no. Just investigate and report with the usual rules of a final court.
Would it be legal- investigate, no power of subpoena, no slander, so tentative, yes.

This is a challenge for anyone who can write Terms of Reference.
If that is done well, maybe money will follow to bring it on.

Hey Dan, as soon as my kids move to their new little cottage, I'm out of here. Going to head west but I'll take my computer. First stop San Antonio then on to Marfa. Only 35 miles to the Mexico Border at Presideo. Beautiful country. N

Not with all. Leavin texas, fourth day of july, Sun so hot, the clouds so low, the eagles filled the sky. Catch the detroit lightnin out of sante fe, The great northern out of cheyenne, from sea to shining sea.
      “Jack Straw”.
I was driving home with my brother on I 35 north from visiting a friend at the Airforce base in San Antonio in 74’ . As we were exiting Texas the eagles were filling the sky and it was a sight to behold. I loved that song then and I still do today.
The problem with Marfa to me is the heat. I just physically am too affected by it. Even Minnesota summers have given me fits the last few years and they have not been nearly as hot as they were 10-15 years ago.
Sunny and 60-65 degrees is perfection for this red headed Irishman.
You really can’t believe how green it is in the North Woods.
