When I was a kid we'd travel across the bay to go to Oakland As games and when we'd walk to get a hot dog or drink there were ALWAYS groups of black kids looking for a fight. Always. As a kid I wondered what drove these kids to act like that. Now, it's clear it was probably how they were raised. By racists. How's that working out for them? 40 years later and the handouts are still being given. The last time I did some engineering work there my partner was spit on and called a "honky". We still laugh about it years later. I won't go back there anymore. It's a racist shite hole. Sad, really.

IMHO, Oakland is in the process of converting to socialist Harare, Zimbabwe (labeled as the world’s least livable city by the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU)) and this move will accelerate the process.

People will behave and go where they are motivated to go. If racism and slothfulness are rewarded with sympathy, money and attention that is where people will go. If you do this for an identifiable group, whether by color or behavior that group will self isolate and participate in destructive behavior removing themselves from the rest of the group. Incredibly destructive of people.
Individuals must be left alone to determine for themselves what behavior is their best self interest. That is not what America is or has been for a long time.

Maybe we white people should start rioting, looting, and "protesting" too - after all, quoting another Civil Rights Leader, "No Justice, No Peace!!!" Well, I'm not really serious about rioting and looting, but if they come to my house and try to burn me out, I'll burn THEM - I've got all the firearms and ammunition I need, and I'm not afraid to use them. I'm also not going to make Kyle Rittenhouse's mistake of turning myself in either. Must we watch the trial of the police officer who we know used deadly force (not excessive force) and is guilty of murder? He was the trainer of this particular procedure.
