I still collect comic books usually first issues plus independents like Image & others. Since I'm still into Chinese Martial Arts I collect old series of Iron Marshall by Jademan Comics that was published in Hong Kong.

Me old dino got hooked by Marvel Comics during the early Sixties. Shortly before the end of the Sixties, all those comic books had been thrown away with no idea what having the first issue of Spiderman, The Hulk, Dr. Strange, the X-men, Iron Man, Thor, Sgt. Fury And His Howling Commandos and others may some day be worth.
As for Marvel super hero movies, despite all the great digital special effects I find them highly forgettable. I see one I've already rented on TV and I can't even recall the ending. Quit renting them two or three years ago. Same goes for Superman DC superheroes with the exception of Wonder Woman. Actually bought that DVD.

Disney is ruining the Star Wars franchise and doing the same to Marvel super heroes. Their "Wokeness" is horrifying. I just wonder what their going to do to Dr. Strange the only superhero I liked of all the Marvel characters. I wonder how many actors are going to stand for this kind of autocratic manipulation?

I've heard from other YouTube "influencers" that Star Wars fans want Gina back. They loved the character and her interpretation of it. But the fact remains that this is not all that's wrong with The Mandalorian. Even the title actor is moving on; he seems to have found another gig that will pay him more. Now you mightn't think that would make much difference; after all, the title character never takes off his helmet, so maybe I could substitute for him and do at least as good a job, and not one fan would be any the wiser. But that's not all. That show is FUBAR Baker Easy for a bunch of reasons.

Yesterday me dino was in a CVS buying wrapping paper for a birthday present I'm mailing to a grandniece in Tallahassee.
Force of habit I on first sight reached for wrapping paper speckled with Disney heroine characters.
Then I remembered the Fox News takeover by the Disney-related father and son Murdochs, the PC propaganda that's now on the Disney channel and what happened to Gina Carano.
So the wrapping paper I bought has all these assorted pretty cupcake illustrations on it.

While posting this satire yesterday, me dino did wonder if Carano would opt top sue Disney.
Hope she does. IMO, that so-called "cancel culture" needs to be cancelled and taking legal action appears to be the only way to do it.

Also very foggy is a movie I saw about Isadore for 25 cents at the Cherry Point Marine Base in North Carolina during 1970 or 1971. Unforgettable was the true story way it ended. Isadore gets her long trailing scarf about her neck snagged by the rear wheel of a convertible she's in.
