Absolutely. I have no use for the federal government other than the military and that is becoming questionable. Face masks are decorations with minimal deterrent effects on Covid. I put one on just to avoid the hassle when in stores. IF I get it I will call my er doc friend for hydroxychlor and a Z pack. The vaccines appear to be job security for Big Pharma.

With one or two exceptions (Trump and Paul for the most part, in particular), everything that government tells us is a lie.

Even the CDC, before it put out a couple of politicized editorials has said the masks are ineffective:

Ain't that the truth. I have a number of high profile people (nieces and nephews) that are in the medical profession, including physicians and nurses, and another set that are in the ministry. Everybody in public fawns over them, but I diapered their dirty butts too many times to get too worshipful of them.

I wonder whether there is any sane person on the planet who thinks this man has anything to say to them. I was "on to" him early, not because I am so brilliant or anything, but because what he said simply didn't make sense. It was quite obvious that he was lying, in order to save the mask supply for medical personnel. I actually would be okay with that, but I am not okay with the lie. (Besides, I still don't believe 99% of masks do much of anything past virtue-signaling).

I also am not much of a fan of liars, so he lost me right then. Plus, he's disgusting with that smirk on his face, like BobCat said....he thinks his S#!& doesn't stink.

The masks I use from masksbymartin.com (Martin Gallagher) have two layers and protected me from COVID when both my daughter and wife had it. They just got over it.
