    This is one more mark against institutions which have the distinction of being those of 'higher' learning. Many, Harvard and Yale included, have over the years succumbed to pressure to change priorities from learning and education to those of activism for various special interests. Academic standards are no longer the measure of one's education but the ephemeral standards cultural and political 'purists'! For any school to considerer taking such an action would in essence subjugate education and knowledge to political standards often in conflict with pure academics.

    colleges are useless today. Private ivy league ones are dinosaurs, and will go bankrupt when biden makes state college education free, and stops backing student loans for private college. I say let them die on their own.

      Somehow I'm sure a Marxist regime will find a way to funnel money to their comrades in ivy league academia even if it is a "private" college.

      Edit add: Maybe the regime will grant these academics their greatest wish and nationalize them into the public collective - and then reduce their salaries accordingly. Wouldn't that be poetic justice?! What a juicy plum of wealth Harvard would be when "spread the wealth" edicts are visited upon it. Bwaah ha ha!

        You've awakened a dim memory of me old dino's college days a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away.
        Vaguely recall college students writing poems about life in some on-campus publication and a laughing middle-aged professor stating before a class saying, "What do you kids think you know about life?"

    What kind of idiots think they can pick and choose whose degrees they erase? That invalidates every professor and president of the university who were present and recoreded the earned grads and degrees. How stupid is that? Did the university take away degrees when Biden plagiarized repeatedly. Or when AOC plagiarized the Green Deal which is exactly UN Agenda 21? Nope, they are lliberals who are braking a code of ethics, not just supporting a candidate of tehir choice.
