The Anti-Conceptual Mentality. Why Can’t The Sheep See?

They are both Doomsday Cults that preach the imminence of the End Times (e.g., mass death and planetary death) unless the faithful abide and practice the tenets of the Faith. These tenets come down to – obey the priests of the Faith – such as Pope Fauci XVII – without question. They are the conduits of the Holy Will and only obedience will save you."

The testing of the mRNA vaccine was done on tens of thousands of volunteers and found to be to be safe enough to not kill any of the volunteers but had some side effects as with any vaccine. Thus was approved for usage.
The treatments that were mostly politically frowned upon were not tested any more than those of the mRNA vaccine. They, too, would have to be used off-scheduled as with the vaccines. MDs are able to prescribe them and anyone is free to self medicate with vitamins and minerals. Those mostly help the immune system to fight the virus. The mRNA causes the production of antibodies against a glycoprotein in the spikes on the virus which are necessary for the virus to enter a cell. That is a way to specifically make antibodies which may also work with a mutated virus. Of course, the treatment with HCQ, zinc, etc. appears to decrease the effects of an infection from the virus but does not keep the virus from entering a cell before antibodies are produced.
HCQ has been used by hundreds of millions for decades.
I am 81 with heart problems and should the vaccine be come available, I will be taking a chance, just as I do every year with flu vaccine, with the vaccine and expect to be one of those without a bad adverse reaction.

If negative side effects are the result, then you take responsibility for those, too, because the maker of
the vaccine has no responsibility by law, and your fellow Americans are responsible for their health, not yours.
Those who do not take the vaccine should also be responsible for the results of that decision.
No one should be forced to take the vaccine by anyone, nor should ability to travel via common carriers be affected by that decision.
Nor should availability or cost of health insurance be affected by that decision except by actual evidence of changes in costs due to the therapies.
Fat chance anything like this freedom of choice will occur because political forces want to force people to be serfs, and this is one step on that road to serfdom.
The society can be pretty crappy sometimes and it is mostly best to just get along with ones own life. Best not to have your hand held by government or even friends, they may stab you in the back if you are not vigilantly aware.
You seem to believe that freedom of choice can force others to comply with you non-forceful beliefs.
May I ask how long have you been reading the works of Rand and perhaps those who were around her and their sometimes critical views of her but not of her work, though there are those who value her ideas but find things wrong and believe that certain ideas need some rational corrections?

The majority of these sheeps are obtuse. They rather put their confidence and trust in men rather than have a mind of their own.
Like most irrational religious tenets, the logical nonsense of such pronouncements are never brought into doubt, because they promise closure without pain or sacrifice, even when they obviously will require a lot of pain and sacrifice. The desirability of the promised nirvana seems to override even the survival instinct among the believers.
Now we are seeing the next step: the punishment, and possibly even the execution of the nonbelievers by the mass of followers. The "church" hierarchy has declared that violence in pursuit of approved goals is not violence, but righteous protest, while protest against those goals, even when non-violent, is "insurrection."
The question has to be just how long the real sheepdogs will allow the sheep to blindly follow this insanity. As the results of the craziness cause the collapse of American society, when will the sheep begin to realize they're being led to slaughter? Will it be too late for the sheepdogs to rescue them?

Remember, only about a third of American colonists actually wanted independence, and fewer than that were willing to sacrifice to gain it. The others mostly just wanted the people shouting "freedom" to shut up and stop making bothersome noise.

The future they envision requires altruism on a Herculean scale. And as good objectivists we know that’s not possible. At least one, if not more, of those bastards are angling for a percentage in a world they designed not to have them. Collapse is inevitable. My current extrapolation gives us 15-20 years before our nation fails utterly and is disbanded.
