Ivan is a former Green Beret Commander and a constitution lawyer. Ivan discusses how the constitution is the the path to victory. Pence holds all the cards and he is ready to play the Pence Card. He will will throw out the electors because of election fraud, according to the constitution he can do this because he is the head of the senate and he has been receiving intel on the election that others have not. The constitution is the only way forward

I am thinking this churn, although potentially real issues, isn't going anywhere. Rather have the first woman VP be a Republican, and If you follow my plan, Pence could resign, and she'd be the first woman president.

Just a gut feeling on this but....it seems Trump is the only one, (maybe S. Powell) with the disdain for the existing swamp/big government to forge ahead with something like this. Some have dipped a toe into the water but, will not dive in because of unknowns. It is kinda like the biblical story with Daniel and the lion. Trump will pull the thorn out to actually fix/cure the lion. The rest of DC will just put a bandage on it and hope it gets better.

Many state laws demanded their electors vote with the majority of state voters instead of their local constituents....I wondered just how a true constitutional scholar would think of that.

That's the reason, (besides cheating) that Trump didn't automatically win the electoral vote like last time.

Does the constitution allow states to dictate how the electors must vote? The electors were to be intelligent enough to overcome the votes that are unconstitutional by the citizens. To be of any use, their votes should be freely taken. I remember one case that a Republican elector changed his vote from Nixon to the Libertarian candidate because of how he saw Nixon would act. Nixon blew his top thinking that he could force a Republican elector vote for him. Nixon would and did believe that compromise with liberals would somehow be in favor of liberty. He was wrong and caused government programs that we still suffer from.

A thought - Trump pre-pardons Pence for everything, past, present, future. He then resigns, making Pence the President. Pence then pardons Trump for everything, past, present, future. All this after Pence throws out the electors. GOD Bless America!

    Tired of grasping at straws.

Trump should have a plan with Pence, and then resign. Pence becomes president, and names Condoleza Rice (or other woman) as VP. Take the "first" right out of her sails.

    Thanks, OUC.
I recorded the video while I was out on an errand and watched it offline.
It was worth the time and an interesting possibility.
I can't see Pence doing it, but I could be wrong.

"we will need a whole new government."
Yes, that has been true for decades. Too bad Trump didn't listen to us as his advisors on that point. The con-gress is full of traitors to the republic, too.

Well Jan 6 we will find out whether Pence is deep state or not. I am thinking he will turn on Trump, just like McConnell did. He has some ties to various deep state families, that are obscure but there. A lot of freshmen plan on objecting, and even then, that just forces debate in both houses on whether to deny the votes or not. Even if everything was in Trumps favor, they could vote to accept them anyways. Maybe the EO and Ratcliff are Plan B, but there are a LOT of swamp creatures to go, including 5 or 6 SCOTUS. If he survives, we will need a whole new government.

Yes, this particular video was frustrating because you couldn't pause and keep your place and you couldn't see the time elapse...his normal videos are not like that...still this guy had the constitutional avenue down pat.

Still can't get these videos to work properly.
The player only works if you play the entire video. Reminds me of an infomercial that keeps baiting you and never gets to the point. Most times its 40 minutes video for 3 minutes info at best. I'll wait for someone to cover this topic in a text article that can be read in a minute.

Pence is the only one that has, not only all the info but all the power to approve or not the votes of the states electors according to the constitution.

I've read and listened to several talks on this part of the constitution but this one is by far the best I've heard.
