The Supreme Court on March 1 formally rejected two of Sidney Powell’s lawsuits that challenged the results of the Nov. 3 election.

The Supreme Court didn’t offer any comment about dismissing the lawsuits. One lawsuit was filed in Wisconsin and the other in Arizona.

“The petitions for writs of mandamus are denied,” the court stated.

    Time for the Court of Public Opinion. Fraud is rampant - from scamming billions from unemployment benefits to mail theft and check fraud we are becoming a lawless society. And, nothing is being done about these problems by prosecutors. Could it be that the SCOTUS goal is to further divide the country and they are nothing more than an extension of the left's socialists agenda? And where is this "unity" BS Biden spewed during his campaign?

    I didn't think they could do that! But why not? Since Covid the courts are doing Zoom. No juries. This violates our 6th and 7th Constitutional rights to a jury.

      I believe some courts are having juries meet by video while others are just delaying jury trial cases until they can reopen. A trial by video should be constitutional, at least if the jury can see the faces of parties and witnesses, but there ought to be some limit on how long they can delay before an accused person's right to a speedy trial is violated and they have to let him go. I don't know if that limit has ever actually been set.

    Each state needs to step up and regain its sovereignty. They need to apply the 10th amendment. Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, and Mississipi are starting. They need to publish laws that counter the unconstitutional acts by Biden and the House of Representatives. The Courts can take a flying leap, there are not supposed to make laws!!!

    It seems lately the MSMM front and centers virtually ANYONE that parrots the narrative the elections were completely up and up and spits on anyone even suggesting otherwise.

    More dangerous, the Neo Communists (Democrats) are pressing bills to further entrench election fraud in their favor. It's looking like this time around the Bolsheviks are going to take down the greatest civilization in the history of the world without a single shot (well, maybe a "suicide" here or there). SCOTUS is on board for some reason to help them pull it off.

      The media have been gaslighting the public since at least 2008, to the exclusion of honest news; and as of election night 2020 that includes Fox. I wonder if it would do any good to start filing challenges with the FCC when TV licenses come up for renewal?
