If so, they should make it public. Be an American and a patriot. That's your job SCOTUS.
Otherwise they are cowards and traitors, imo.

"What is a country or even a society, or a people, without defining law?"
    Precisely. No compact, no nation.

The Supreme Court could not take any of the 2 dozen cases challenging interference in the election by any Federal Court ruling, Governor, State Supreme Courts, Secretary of State or local election officials because if any case was ruled that the Constitution was violated then it would be De Facto Proof that JoeBama is an illegitimate President…….

allosaur I know nothing. But I do have a strong feeling that you are right. I am sure that if done it was not by amateurs, it would be done carefully, no trace of evidence.

I think in this case -corrupt- is not the right word.
We can infer what are the motives of the current incumbents.

How should the selection be done?
Consider ACB, meets every possible criteria, learning, experience, intelligence, integrity, character, everything. Something is missing, What?

Perhaps restrict the range. The criteria I'd go for is age. The job requires more than a mature outlook and deep experience of life and law. It requires (I am looking for a word) a sense of quietude, a lack of ambition, established in wealth and reputation. The only ambition required is a search for excellence in reaching rulings. (Ok maybe Buddhist monks may have this quality).
This sets a lower limit on age, 60 maybe, 70?

They've been using fear against us. I think we can use fear against them.
(They think of those mobs cheering, too.)
Military courts would be more dignity than they deserve.

Common denominator with motives set aside (and Trump appointees to make their failure to act even worse), Barrett and Kav knew what they were getting into.
They let We The People down and the treason of a massive voter fraud succeed unpunished.
Now as a result the Marxist handlers of Beijing JoeBama are doing their worst to destroy the USA.
Guillotines makes me dino think of screaming blood-thirsty French mobs who cheer when a lopped off head is raised from a basket.
Firing squads strikes me dino as more dignified and American. I'd even prefer that over having poison pumped into me.

Appears to me dino that the first three I named got out-voted. Do believe RINO Roberts is the head honcho.

It's their job. They accepted the responsibility, the pay, and the honor. They have no excuse. They are traitors.
For the children? Nothing they do is for the children. It's for themselves.
    Build the guillotines.

Article in my email today claims Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch wanted to review the election fraud cases.
    https://thepoliticalinsider.com/clare...
Knowing what some scum on the left are capable of, I've been wondering if Barrett and Kavanaugh have had their children threatened. Recall reading that Little AOC, that little girl who made fun of AOC, even had her life threatened.

I wrote to my kids (who are re-reading AS right now--again) that although Ayn Rand compressed her timeline for the sake of moving the narrative, it turns out there was no need. The real world is moving along faster than the novel. A number of friends and family have already pulled out of social media and gone to ground. The Supreme Court deteriorated faster than I counted on, though. Kavanaugh surprised me most of all, disappointment is too weak a word.

I think the percentage is lower, and it's hidden under the veil of election fraud, but it's just as miserable regardless.

This is straight out of Atlas Shrugged.
In 1957, it was a work of fiction; now, it's today's headlines.

Though they certainly aren't going to get impeached after refusing to hear this case...

I include in that "small minority of elected officials" every single Democrat and probably 20% of the Republicans.

I agree that it's probably around 30% of the deluded electorate, but when you combine those with the 20% who have bought in, they have the power to make everyone else miserable.

I agree that impeachment under the deep state will not have any positive effect.

I think it's still a small minority that aren't decent, but the media makes it look like more. If the election theft was as bad as it might have been the percentage voting for Trump could have been a true popular vote landslide, in historical terms.
There are almost always at least 30% of the electorate that are misguided against liberty by a small minority.
It will take a great effort to get those sheep on the path to liberty again though. The effort to brainwash them has been going on for 60+ years. It must be reversed. I don't think it can be done peacefully.

    Thomas Jefferson Quotes
The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Until we take this quote to heart we can not expect change
