Fortune 500 companies pledged to BLM:
    B of A $1 B
    PepsiCo $400 M
    Walmart $100 M
    Apple $100 M
    Comcast $100 M
BLM is a front for Soros and the deep state also a lap dog for Nancy Pelosi and the gang.

BoA gave $1B?. Their supporting BLM improves their brand image in my mind. My only connection with them is one org whose board I serve on banks with them. I generally like local banks, but I'm glad to hear BoA is supporting BLM.

I particularly impressed when mobs kicked and pummeled people in the streets. And burning businesses and buildings helped the image also. Nice to join Soris and Antifa and Bank of America in supporting such a worthwhile cause.

I'm not going to reject reforms because of a few criminals.
Antifa and the theory that Soros funds every idea you don't like are laughable. If Antifa were real, they would have asked me for money by now. Regarding Soros, there are many more of us who believe in open societies but have three fewer zeros in our networths. I don't get the obsession with Soros. I don't know the numbers, but I suspect single-digit millionaires contribute more to open-society and liberty causes than single-digit billionaires.

Everyone, my philosophy on this is that COMPANIES need to STOP all $$ to all sides!

People running for office should ONLY be able to take money from CITIZENS who can LEGALLY Cast a vote for them. (So, no giving to out of state people).

Furthermore it should go through a centralized agency, and then given down to the candidate (Notice how the IRS treats us quite differently from Candidates, with Arms Length Transactions, etc. Which is what Hunter Biden is!)

BUT I agree. Start small. I removed DISNEY, NETFLIEX, AT&T in the past. I CANNOT move everything, but I can take the LOW-HANGING fruit. (Target is REALLY close to me. But we started boycotting after the bathroom issue, but been there twice in 2020 for small stuff... Not any more!)...

Build slow habits. Find your replacements now.

I couldn't agree more, CaptainK, on the donation issue.
Until the companies are crushed by the free market very little can be done to get con-gress to listen. The 2 parties must die or the People will not have any voice. I don't think the parties can be reformed; they are terminally corrupted.

Agreed. It is the process they've built for THEMSELVES that ensures the corruption.

Imagine we VOTE for THEM, and THEY get real $$$ from donors/lobbyists. Ever wonder how much money the RNC/DNC are collecting EVERY MONTH? To what end? To give GLOBALISTS the final say. To support and pay for the deep state, to make sure THEIR future cannot be taken away from them for their bad actions.

Kinda funny... I wonder what our founding fathers would say if they were brought here today...

Agree! Companies officers are spending shareholders' money supporting politicians who enhance those officers' paychecks. Ike called it the 'military-industrial complex' but it has grown to include just about every company.

This just shows how pervasive the enemy is. We heard about Amazon and decided we didn't need it. We thought we could order online from Walmart (and you can) but it's on the list too. Are there no large US companies left? A list of them would probably be shorter. We have been trying to avoid China's products for a couple of years but there are somethings that are only sourced from China (unless you happen to be near a small business that makes the product you want - and it probably will not have more then local distribution). Pillows are the exception ;-)

Add the following to the list of companies who will no longer support politicians who wanted an investigation into election fraud:

    (ANTI) American Airlines
    Best Buy
    Boston Scientific
    BP
    JPMorgan Chase
    Citibank
    Coca Cola
    Comcast
    Facebook
    Goldman Sachs
    Hilton Hotels
    Hallmark Cards
    Intel
    Microsoft
    Simon & Schuster
    Verizon
    Visa

Hallmark Cards has even asked for the previous donations to be refunded.

All these companies must be boycotted. They are the E N E M Y.

In addition the following cowardly companies said "they will take recent events into consideration before making future donations"
    Bank of America
    CVS
    Delta Airlines
    Exxon Mobil
    FedEx
    Ford Motors
    Target
    T-Mobil

I have already begun to boycott many of these companies, esp. the BLM supporters, who mean to destroy the black families. Amazon had already begun making it harder to find books you want, as the censor. They may notice that conservatives read mroe than liberals, who only talk with little research of their own. Microsoft, not big deal ,Gates already destroyed a formerly medicore OS, and now he is into vaccines. Avoid both.

I worry about this fixation with liberty. Your republic would not exist without a certain amount of commitment from the population to an ideal. Complete liberty is living on an island. At this point I should point out that I am not American. In The Fountainhead Ms Rand talks about the needs of the worker or common man and how Roark strives to make their lot better. I felt she was making the point that he should not be forced and be financially rewarded. We need a strong America and three hundred million individuals is not very strong. Cheers

Complete liberty? No one in any society of more than one person has complete liberty. Not even dictators and monarchs have complete liberty, but they have a great deal more than the people they force to obey them.

I think of what you're talking about is freedom. Liberty, as I understand the word, is what you get when some freedoms are curtailed. You can't scream over speech you don't like in a harassing way to suppress it. A commitment to the idea of liberty means we give up that freedom.

Buying from china instead of from big american companies will weaken the collectivists here, and I think is a good thing.

The big (anti) American companies are buying from China, too. At least not buying from the anti-American companies will punish them for their treason.

yes. we dont buy from american companies that simply buy from china. we cant buy products made in usa, because we would be financially out of business. china products cost 1/3 of what american made products sell for.

I suspect it won't be long before this list is gigantic and if you need anything at all you will have to deal with them. What we're seeing here are "good Germans" or "good Russians" or "good Chinese" powdering their noses and covering their asses so the totalitarian regime and all its useful idiots now grasping America won't kill or punish them unmercifully. If you need something to help you plan and survive the long term by obtaining it from the enemy at this point, you may as well do it because if things go the way of Venezuela and every other socialist shit hole, then you may not be able to obtain what you need at all.

It's up to American patriots to help small businesses compete against these traitors.

First they came for the owners of firearms, and I did not speak out—
Because I was had no firearms.

Then they came for the people who spoke of freedom, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a defender of free speech.

Then they came for the Conservatives, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Conservative.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

"It's up to American patriots to help small businesses compete against these traitors." I do as much as possible as well as seek out products made in USA as much as possible.

Tried to find and buy a Grand Union flag - amazing how many are made in China. You can find them in the USA, though!

Trump and his supporters are the very people you complain about who took your jobs and liberties raped your countries commonwealth for themselves and know you believe that he and the GOP will make things right. It looks to me that you are being massively used again to maintain the status quo

Another view could be that Trump used the GOP and some of the wealthy GOP supporters to build a new party from within. Clearly, the GOP didn't want Trump and few if any of those in the con-gress actually represent the People they claim to represent. The question remains if the People who support Trump will be steadfast in the pursuit of liberty and leave both parties to wither and die.

"...few if any of those in the con-gress actually represent the People they claim to represent." Funny you should post this now because 10 minutes ago I saw this quote attributed to Robin Williams: "Politicians should wear sponsor jackets like NASCAR drivers so we all know who owns them".

Yes, it has been true for decades. The GOP finally lost all enthusiasm for resisting socialism and corporatism in 1964. (Of course, the GOP was in bed with banking and the MIC for 50 years before that.) The 2 parties are betrayers of the People and deserve the punishment for treason.

Count me in. But there is no real alternative to Amazon. Which is an opportunity for someone and damn scary for the rest of us.

If anyone doesn't recognize Amazon as one of the most powerful forces in the world, they have there head buried in the ground. They did not get there by accident, I detest their top management but they have their marketing down. But no one is making a serious run to compete with them. All the buy local is great, but that really misses the point. These guys do more business than most countries.
