Where in this video is there something new that isn't rumor and innuendo?
I saw on zerohedge that troops were moved into DC starting yesterday.
I'd love to see such an action under the law, OUC.

  I think that was just to make it available when needed, it still needed to be made active given certain conditions or brought into action and approved by certain people. (like the military) In other words, he could not do it himself on his own say so.
  
  They also needed hard evidence and verified targets, not to mention, prepare ahead of time.

Checked the blackout and the national guard deployment. There were several blackouts around the globe and I've been told of guard deployments in SoCal.
The trouble I'm having is that, to my knowledge, only Governor's can deploy the Nat Guard, not the President. I can't see how Trump can be using the Guard and I can see the potential of them acting in opposition to active duty forces deployed by Trump should an insurrection act be imposed.

I did find this out: Once the states call out the National Guard, The President can control the Guard and have the Marines join in.

So, what do we have: We have all 50 states calling for the guard to go to all the cities...now Trump is in control...so let's see what happened.

Also, if you have an apple dumb phone, turn off the automatic updates because apple plans to shut down the Emergency Broadcast System app so you won't get the Emergency messages.
