I actually read the 25th Amendment a few weeks ago, and one thing is for sure - this whole thing has been a real "civics lesson" in practice! To implement the 25th Amendment in Biden's case might actually be more involved than what most people realize. First, if the Vice President and the Cabinet get together and notify in writing, both the House and the Senate that the President is no longer able to exercise his duties, then the VP moves in as President. But wait - there's more! That is only a slam-dunk if (say) the President is in a coma and (obviously) cannot carry out his duties. But, if the President is conscious (and in Biden's case that's debatable too, even when he's nominally awake) and DISPUTES (in writing) that assessment, then it must go to a vote in Congress, and a 2/3 majority in BOTH the House and Senate are required to replace the President with the VP. So, its actually a higher bar than Impeachment and removal from office (for High Crimes and Misdemeanors), where only a simple majority is required in the House to force a trial in the Senate. It even gets more detailed than this, because each of these steps has time limits placed on them, etc. (Also, when the VP moves into the President's office and the new President nominates a replacement VP, that VP must still get a majority approval by both the House and Senate - I jumped the mark a little when I stated earlier that the new President "appoints" a new VP - actually he can only nominate the new VP.)

This whole scenario with China Biden becoming the next president is very worry-some. The possibility that the country will be torn asunder.
