The Inversion, by Robert Gore at Straight Line Logic

If it seems like the world has turned upside down it’s because it has. Right is wrong and wrong is right. Truth is lies and lies are truth. Knowledge is ignorance and ignorance is knowledge. Success is failure and failure is success. Reality is illusion and illusion is reality.

It would be comforting to say that this inversion is a plot by nefarious others. Comforting, but not true, in the pre-inversion meaning of the word true. Rather it stems from answers to questions that confront everyone. To think for yourself or believe with the group? To stand alone or cower with the crowd? It’s the conflict between the individual and the collective, and between what’s true and what’s believed.

ThanQ Robert. Now is the time to challenge the dimwit virtue signaling bullies who follow like lemmings the woke keepers off the cliff.
The only privilege I see these days is the leftist privilege to say ,do and act with impunity. Not with me anymore I will challenge strangers that I come across in my day to day existence and I wear the labels they try to throw on me as badges of honor.
Who is John Galt? I am ....that’s who.

Nice...some don't realize that they CAN, think for themselves...you have to tease it out of them, put them in a situation where they have no choice but think for themselves.

    Another triumph, SLL!

"The historically unprecedented scale of present inversions guarantees upheaval and change beyond reckoning when reality’s full force can no longer be denied or subverted." It's going to be a doozy! In more ways than one.

You're welcome. The inversions are so prolific nowadays it's hard to keep up with them. Even the names assigned to House bills are virtually always an inversion of the actual bill contents or resultant effects.

"(Those who see the inside for what it is and still want in..." brings to mind the traitor in The Matrix that didn't care as long as the fake steak tasted good.

This essay is a keeper to refer to as things unfold.

Excellent essay and right to the point. Two thoughts came to mind when I read it John Galt's diatribe at the end of Atlas Shrugged and my college professor 's lectures from her semester course titled: "Can the Revolutionary Tradition Survive in the Overdeveloped Countries" from February 23rd, 1970. The new administration is afraid of it's own citizens that's why they have Pelosi's Wall with troops encircling the capital. So, they continue to ram through detrimental and Communistic bills though congress. No transparency, flooding the media platforms with propaganda and the blatant disregard for human life to masses of children crossing the border whom have not been tested for Covid 19. Then busing them into US communities which could cause another outbreak of the virus. Of course, those children won't be bussed into Washington, DC. They are hellbent on creating a serfdom class in the US. This will lead to the destruction of the USA.
