Well the window they suggested has passed. While I'm appreciative I kinda wish this would get started already so it will finish sooner. I'm not terribly patient.

It is a mistake to assume these people are both genuine and knowledgeable.
Both? Just one? Neither?
It may be worse, they could be setups.
It is a major mistake to think the other side is stupid, many are very clever.

There is no correlation between integrity and intelligence.

I remain skeptical about what their saying. If there is an existential plan what their saying we won't know until it happens. Chinese will see it coming via radar even though they couldn't stop it and they would have an idea who sent it. If some gov't had a high power directed energy narrow beam weapon that could do the same thing that it couldn't be detected. Then hypothetically those nuclear weapons reach criticality and detonate. Since China Biden is about to take office I don't see that happening. A clandestine operation would have to take place.

So far, I've searched but seen no evidence or proof that the Insurrection Act of 1807 has been signed.

  Well, it 2021 so signing the 1807 insurrection Act would seem pointless. ☺️
  Now signing a 2021 version if an Insurrection Act would make more sense.

    The Act was signed in 1807 and modified twice since then.
    The POTUS can use that power at his discretion.
    The con-gress may be able to change the Act.
    
    "Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion."
    
    The EO to act against foreign meddling in the election might be a more logical choice.
    It seems to me that the power to change the date the next president takes office is most important in this case.
