[Ask the Gulch] Was it convenient that Barr who concentrated on Chinese Studies in college was appointed AG in 2019 just in time for the Covid pandemic? Barr was appointed to the Board of Dominion Energy and is said to have rec'd millions from 2009 - 2020.

DVS was reportedly acquired by 2 companies in 2018...U. S. Dominion, Inc. and Staple Street which was formed in 2009.| Permalink
