Coca-Cola Fights White Supremacy By Cancelling Vanilla Coke.
Never heard of Vanilla Coke and had to look it up to be sure it's real. Old dino remembers when white supremacy WAS real. It's race hustlers like Al Sharpton, BLM and all those woke and Coke jokes who still fantasize the IS.
I then read Babylon and think- looks quite realistic.

It was NOT on Fake News that me dino heard (a week before Nov. 3) that an unspecified number of voters had complained, "If I had only known about Hunter, I never would have voted for Biden."
If I am offended by what someone else says or writes, that’s strictly my problem. You’re right about that issue. But I have the right to speak up about my feelings in response. The announcement of an unpopular opinion or an embarrassing fact may offend the narrow-minded or the politically correct, but such discourse is necessary in free society and the offense when it occurs is part of the price paid for free speech. That kind of offense is unpreventable. What I object to is speech or writing that provides no facts or opinions or constructive arguments that can instead be made in a straightforward way, therefore without merit in the context of political dialog, and has the downside of risking confusion among some of us. Saying that satire is fun or makes political points is no defense, because if it is clearly labeled as such then its benefits are preserved and its downsides do not exist.
If there is a case for posting satire without its being clearly identified as such, let’s learn what it is. I make my case against such postings.
Highlighting cognitive defects, here in the case of satire detection, is essentially the same as using peer pressure to demand thought-process conformity, exactly what leftist militants do. We need to respect each other including the right to think differently from each other.
This is the first one I bought. While laughing!

Clearly this was a successful article for them, as so many here believed it without checking the source.
The either or view that his intention was thinking we are mentally defective or was duped himself leaves little room for nuance. Why assume the worst?
If you feel distraught that you were unaware this was satire, you have the freedom to take responsibility or blame another.
Taking responsibility I believe is the way of those in the proverbial Gulch.
Freedom includes the right to exist without guilt, even if disabled, even if not conforming in thought processes, as long as we don't interfere with anyone else's rights. Using guilt, shame, aggressive teasing, disparaging comments, or other tools of harassment to enforce popular ways of thinking is a well-known tool of our political enemies and has no place here. Dividing us into those who recognize satire and those who don't is dividing us and is destructive.
A survivor of major central nervous system trauma and a stroke and one who suffers from PTSD, though I function independently I am mentally one of the walking wounded to the extent that I cannot distinguish between truth and "just kidding" without help. Posting satire material without flagging it as such is, by my standards, the moral equivalent of dumping marbles on the floor and not warning a blind person who approaches them of the danger.
colors and even some with spectacular plumage.
There is only one human species and all are individuals, no two the same, even identical twins.
