Not too long ago, I could have acquired a Section of land in the middle of Oregon, near Christmas Valley (essentially a nothing of a town)... I recall the price being around $250k. I think that in order to get a survivalist community, one would be looking at a large contiguous tract of land that includes 365 days of running water including opportunities to sink a well or two.

In terms of their video -- the 31 acres does not appear to have a nice mix of evergreen and deciduous trees (as are depicted in the artist renderings of the completed dwellings in the winter time).

Question -- are the Observers the same folks that have posted quite a bit of information that shows that Climate Change comes from the sky / the sun, essentially debunking the current narrative that Climate Change is man-made?

I think you'd have to do hydroponics in a greenhouse, anyway, seeing how the climate will change to more clouds and colder weather. There is a pond on the back 40...the front 31 is for the camp grounds. No Trees on that 31ac though, maybe build carbon fiber geodesic domes perhaps...get a little shielding in the process too.
