That statement, the title, says a hell of a lot about the unconstitutionality of the process in PA.

I have been trying to stay ahead of this crap my whole life. 50 years ago I was in High School in Massachusetts in the State public education system. Having self educated myself with Ayn Rand's writings...on my own time... I knew I was outta there. I wanted to go West. BUT, I got into UNH, the best school that I applied to and New Hampshire was a lot different back then. No income tax, low, low sales and property taxes. And then came the Massholes from south of the border.

Arizona was next. I was there for ten years and watched the Californification process begin to ruin that great State. Nevada was next for the next 15 years. The first time I saw Las Vegas it was a little cluster of tall buildings down in the bottom of this huge wide valley. Now it fills the whole valley and given the domination of the rest of the State by "federal property" the demographics in Nevada are horrible and we got bluewaved big time in 2018. Bye, bye unique libertarian State.

I was in Wyoming for 7 years from 2001 - 2008. Much better demographics. But it was already beginning to happen. The trust fund babies coming in totally changing Lander and it has now accelerated and real estate in Gillette and Sheridan is booming despite all resource industries essentially having been shuttered. Guess who is coming?
Job vagaries dictated back to Nevada for the last 12 years, but at least in the best part of the State: Elko County. Gold mining and ranching country. But have been watching the floods coming from California, Oregon, and Washington and elsewhere and Nevada is rapidly going down the tubes.

The thing to contemplate is these floods are those that at least have enough sense to leave the disasters of where they are coming from. But remember the old joke about the Okies? When people left Oklahoma en masse to California it is said they raised the IQ's of both places. Now, looking at Nevada, this same process is lowering the IQ of both Nevada and California.

Living in one of many a small satellite city about Birmingham, I've watched the Jefferson County all those cities share turn blue in my red state.
A black sheriff recently replaced a long line of white ones but I was kinda relieved when he mailed the annual notice that it was time to renew my concealed carry pistol license at the same cheap price.
Blacks have run Birmingham for a lot if years (three of them all Democrats felony convicted of some corruption crime) but I two days ago I was happy to hear the black mayor say he was not going to defund the police for safety reasons.

I too, would welcome a lawsuit against Connecticut!
Our Electorial Map was the EXACT opposite of what it usually is...there is not enough state for all those progressive liberals to hide...it's impossible!

There seems to be two groups of people. Those who understand the electoral college and the reason for its existence and those who think we are a democracy. While the term democracy is used loosely we are a constitutional republic. Big difference. Its about the electoral college not the popular vote. Can you image the whining and gnashing of teeth that would occur if California and New York controlled the rest of the country? Damn those founding fathers were brilliant.
