Woke Nasdaq threatens 75% of listed companies with order to appoint women & LGBT or other 'diverse' directors to board

As usual, actual ability, performance, or experience is not relevant to the woke.
Might as well just put Hunter Biden on all the boards.

Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) today filed a proposal with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to adopt new listing rules related to board diversity and disclosure. If approved by the SEC, the new listing rules would require all companies listed on Nasdaq’s U.S. exchange to publicly disclose consistent, transparent diversity statistics regarding their board of directors. Additionally, the rules would require most Nasdaq-listed companies to have, or explain why they do not have, at least two diverse directors, including one who self-identifies as female and one who self-identifies as either an underrepresented minority1 or LGBTQ+.

    Apparently this new religion is out of control and there are no guardrails stopping it. Therefore, from here on, instead of being just a man, I will be identifying as a Masculine Presenting Transgender Lesbian. Which basically means I am a man that dresses like a man, but I identify as a woman and am attracted to women. :-) I will now be applying for all these high level board positions that require a person of my "traits" and abilities that will make me $500K+ a year.

    SUMMARY: We may not be in charge of all these crazy new rules, but we can adapt to use them to our advantage. You gotta out crazy the LEFT.

    I find this pretty concerning. For the life of me...I can't figure out this fascination with what people have in their pants, if they stand or sit to weewee, etc. I'm sorry - but, I just don't see a bunch of blonde, blue-eyed straight males on the rampage these days. I am one. I just don't see it...

      The only places you'll see it is in biased fictional productions from Hollywood/MSM movies, tv, and fake news, and likely preached falsehoods in schools and colleges. Its a wide spread propaganda effort with no basis in reality.

    This is a great twist. It used to be that companies could only destroy themselves with stupidity like this. Now they're being actively coerced into doing it.

    Of course the other thing that never gets mentioned is the incredibly incestuous relationship most Boards have in the first place. Many Board members aren't hired for their savvy in the first place, but their political connections. This just cements that unwritten rule as a written one.

    So let's carry this out to the ultimate Demo-think conclusion...we can have special programs that offer financial rewards to those with the right skin tone or sexual orientation to help them assimilate...so if I 'identify' as a gay, black, transexual, native American, just exactly how big will my government check be? (Asking for a friend)

    I look forward to the cogent explanation of the value brought by diversity, especially when ethnicity and skin color are the defining characteristics to determine that value. When Biden so proudly announced his diverse cabinet, I could not help wondering if the black candidates were representative of Dr. Ben Carson or Snoop Dog or females more like Condolezza Rice or Bette Midler...

    They have to play the global deep states, build back better, the great reset's Game...otherwise they loose everything...if we cannot combat these creatures then we will be living in a "Stake Holder" Capitalism world...what is stake holder capitalism?...in short: COMMUNISM!
    This is the China model of capitalism...be ready to fork over all your property.

    If this were demonstrably true, then why would profit-maximizing companies not already doing this? BTW can one homosexual XX-chromosome surplus melanin person satisfy the quota requirement?
