WHO says there is “no evidence” that COVID-19 vaccines will prevent spread of disease… so what good are they

WHO chief scientist Soumya Swaminathan was specific: “I don’t believe we have the evidence on any of the vaccines to be confident that it’s going to prevent people from actually getting the infection and therefore being able to pass it on.”

This is why FauxChi has been stating that masks will be required well into 2022.

Perhaps the long term goal is population control (reduction.)
Would the vaccine, with a side effect of reducing procreation, advance that goal?

That would be a real step to reducing CO2, rather than all this pseudo-engineering wind farms and hydrogen mental masturbation.

Would be a lot more effective just to round up everyone on welfare, put them in an arena and do a remake of Escape from New York.

Let's remember, however, that the WHO is currently led by a non-doctor with a PhD who was bought and paid for by the Chinese. I take anything said by the WHO with a boulder of salt.

That being said, there is a reason why a common vaccine takes 3-5 years and that's so that the side-effects can be studied. I applaud Trump for pressing to get the vaccine into the hands of the public and I don't fault the elderly for wanting to get it as the downsides for them are minimal, but given the low dangers to anyone under 50, I don't press for those individuals to get the vaccine.

Well shut my mouth. I got a notice from my insurance group that I am at the top of the list to get the vaccine. I have never taken a flu vaccine and I don't intend to take this experimental vaccine.

At the risk of defending the WHO (which I'm ignorant of, so I'm trying to be neutral), it seems they're implying that because the vaccine hasn't been distributed enough, not enough statistics are available, so its efficacy can't be determined yet.
