No surprise. Of those Reps the only one I have heard of is Cheney and I know she is a deep state beeeeeatch.
This Impeachment is their last card to play. Still there is a Trump card to play. The fat lady has yet to sing. The art of war.

Chicken Little. The fat lady is as impotent as a belief in deus ex machinae.

Biden has been elected by the EC. Military Leadership has issued warnings to troops that he will shortly be the Commander in Chief.

No one is coming to save us. Certainly not the House, Senate, military, Justice Dept.or SCOTUS. Maybe Red Dawn?

READ THE CONSTITUTION. The framers told us, when the government goes astray, no one person can fix it. Only the people can, And it is our duty. Duty being THEIR word not mine. Do they tell us how. Nope, but they set the example.

Not sure where that wording is in the Constitution. However, I think we agree: Someone or some group is not coming to save us. We must save ourselves and/or the Republic.

Don't get me confused with someone who endorses the present conditions, but I am absolutely sick of the suggestion that secret, special, events are going to unfold, and it will all be better. They are not, and it is not, until we do something. Sitting on our thumbs, listening to Q and whining about Democrats does nothing. We need to plan, speak, educate and respond to whatever else forces our hand.

Those who vote to impeach a President twice are as low as you can get. Pelosi is pitching a bitch. Why doin't they impeach her. Bet a Psychiatrist would agree, 'Doing the same thing over and over is insanity'.

Bet an army of psychiatrists would agree. An army of psychologists, too! Not to mention my family doctor and my dentist. Even my chiropractor!!!
Well, I'm in Alabama where all my reps still support Trump (now that we just got rid of a race-card playing Democrat little snot named Doug Jones after his two-year stint)..

There’s a Republican from California? How much of a masochist do you have to be for that position? I bet it’s easy though. He can promise his constituents the world, never deliver, and blame someone else. Oh wait, they ALL do that.

My Forward Observer reports that even the leftists are a little shocked at the way Big Tech moved to censor and deplatform. The Far Left has begun taking steps to ensure that won’t happen to them as easily. Guess not all of them are dumb. There’s some intelligence in the hive mind.

These people do not deserve to be in our government. I am so sick of this type of politicians. WE MUST TAKE MORE TIME TO SET UP FOR DECENT PEOPLE IN OUR ELECTIONS. We blew a great opportunity this past election. Almost everyone was up for reelection.

I'm embarrassed to be a resident of Washington State anymore, especially to have two turncoats representing people in the area and counties just west of mine. If we could break off as a new State (The State of Republic), we could clean them out.

In our State, our representatives do not listen to us. They like to respond with the a canned for letter from the file cabinet explaining the exact same thing we've just pointed out that just doesn't work. My involvement is going to be getting stronger, demanding public town halls. and getting documented commitments from them. We will look into it and get back to you is no good anymore.

Twenty Years ago, I was walking with my daughter's mother in San Francisco Chinatown. There was a big banner strung across the street and she asked me if I knew what it said. It was in Chinese so I had no clue. She told me it said "Never forget what Japan did to us during WW2." That's a big difference between Americans and most other countries of the world. They Never Forget.

My parents, in their 70's, were in South Dakota a few years ago -- road trip. My dad related the story of how he was speaking to a Chinese couple, similar ages ... my dad likes to talk history ... he starts talking about Mao, the Great Leap Forward and the Cultural Revolution. The take-away that my dad got from the old Chinese couple: Chairman Mao had very good intentions and he did bring industry to China... what they did not mention or mull on was the 50 million dead, due mostly to starvation. The millions of dead in payment for Good Intentions is often a footnote that falls from the bottom of the page. Of course, it's all in the details -- this old Chinese couple may have lived in the US all their lives... And yet, it is important to remember and keep historical facts alive. This is difficult when history is being purged.

A crime in 1850 is not the same as a crime in1950. What was done to the American Indian can not be judged with the same scale as used today. That applies to the whole world of 1850. You can not use 21 century morality to judge 1850s political actions unless you have an agenda. In 1850 it took a couple of years for most of the people to know what was happening even a thousand miles away. It's just not apples and apples.

In any event, political will of 100 years ago has nothing to do with political will of today. Trying to judge American justice with the American Indians as in any way reflective American justice of today is twisted.

so by that thinking slavery was ok, and killing indians cause you wanted their land was ok then too
that would make the lockdowns today in NYC for our pandemic problem ok too

They are not public servants. They are looters. The system is totally corrupted. They violate the Constitution with every action.
The GOP is a vital part of the conspiracy against the American People.
      The GOP is an abomination.
It started as a corporate welfare program that manufactured a war that killed 600,000 Americans and has only gotten worse over the decades.
And the Dem Party is just as bad.
THEY choose all the candidates (except for Trump) and the People have no voice and no power to stop them.
Voting is insanity because it doesn't fix the problems. It hasn't in over 100 years and it never will unless there are substantial changes.
I have been of this opinion for 30 years. Trump tried to change the power structure and I thought it would be worth voting in 2020.
Unless Trump stays in office, voting is a lost cause until the People win back their freedom.

The USA is way too far gone with collectivism to save. Its on a refutable path at this point. We have the United States of Venezuela now. Its time to hide in plain sight or be singled out as a terrorist

But the things that will passed in the next 4 years will doom the country because once collectivism is passed, its so hard to undo that the difficulty to return us to even where we are now will be impossible

Unlike the nations that fell to collectivism in S. America, there are still a great many individuals in the United States of America who:
              1. Own lots of guns and ammo.
              2. Know how to properly use and maintain those instruments of freedom.
              3. Are psychologically prepared to employ those instruments.

I recently shared my views at a circle-campfire where I was clearly outnumbered (Libertarian: 1 Liberals: Many). I made the observation that, although lots of liberals are filing into the gun stores, lots of those guns are stashed in the closet, safe, etc... these liberals are not out on the range -- they are not becoming proficient, they are not getting prepared. How many folks here, I inquired, have a perfect wind-corrected drop from 500 yards? They thought I was speaking Chinese with a Russian accent. Then I offered, if the cold civil war ever got hot, it would be over with in three weeks with another week for mop-up operations. Bravado? Perhaps. But I was trying to make it clear -- it isn't smart to poke the bear. Additionally, a smart individual will Act well prior to being fully forced into a corner -- that individual, being smart, will Act while there are still a multitude of options on the table.

I have guns myself. One thing I look at is the 1850(?) civil war in the USA. It was a bloody mess and ended in the defea and destruction of the south which only wanted to secede, not take over the north.

The 74million deplorables are probably more heavily armed than the liberals, but the liberals have their fingers on the button of massive firepower from the US military. Guerrilla warfare would ensue for many years I suspect, since if lone soldiers came up my street they probably would be fired upon. But the government forces could drop massive bombs on my whole neighborhood and neutralize us. Not a pretty sight.

The government forces today are too strong to fight physically, and the leftist mob controls them.

It seems to me that the weakness of the leftists is that they are by and large NOT productive and creative people, and their economy if left alone would fail as did the venezuelan one. Massive resistance by armed venezuelans would probably quickly get rid of the powers that be there (but I doubt venezuelans have guns).

It would be smarter for us to withdraw our productivity and creative from expropriation by the leftists to weaken them first, and THEN oppose them where we have a better chance of a quick defeat.

                what do you think?

Yes, but the US military is 2/3 Trump supporters. Also, you will have a good fraction of military insiders that would work from the inside to bollix up any operations against the US citizens. Additionally, the US military consists of government workers. These might be well trained, but they are certainly not creative or inventive. One creative guy with the equipment and knowledge can destroy 10s of millions of dollars in government infrastructure / military and continue to be a thorn in the side of the establishment. In terms of dollars, the US / any govt can print as many notes as they care to... it all comes down to purchasing power. If there is little production then you run into real problems since those inflated dollars are chasing an ever diminishing supply of tangible goods. So, yes, I agree -- going On Strike to reduce production can result in a weakened economy -- produce just enough for yourself and immediate family, engage in barter and black market trades, stay sharp in terms of having relevant skills that can be traded. I have recently Gone Galt ... retired after 30 years in software engineering. I am no longer a top 10 percenter in terms of being a tax slave... I officially reside in the poverty sector of the economy ... I am also not counting on a dime of social security (age 55 presently) ... living on cash and other investments that can be kept under the radar. Stay sharp, healthy and relevant.

I think the military has non-fatal weapons , e.g., sonic, that could be applied to any area where they want to collect all the firearms and expect resistance.
I suspect many would give up arms to stop the pain. (So keep your arms well hidden and be prepared to give up a cheap firearm and its ammo.)
The public has firearms but are lacking in tactics and strategy, imo.
We are also very naive about what government will do and about what 'intelligence' tools they have.
A non-violent approach like a legal consumer boycott is by far the better approach, imo.

Amen Term2 Amen. Go Galt. Sit back. Make the best life you can if you’re going to stay here. Any action against the state will be vilified unless it’s overwhelming. Let the Far Left take the fall for a change. Their day is coming. We’ll just point and laugh.
If you’re young...LEAVE. There’s no law that says you have to stay here...yet.
I bet this is how it started in East Germany after WW2.

One thing I have always wondered about in the big picture is this. Why did the Founders allow for an elected Congress critter be seated and function as a denoted member of a political party? Why do we play this game with Majority Leaders, whips etc; and once one party gains a majority they get to seat party defined Heads of Committees, subcommittees etc.?

I can buy candidates being part of a defined Party while campaigning, but why is any of this recognized when seated? Just thinking aloud.

Many of the Founders weren't even in favor of political parties at all.
To really understand the "founders", read the Anti-federalist Papers. Those are the arguments against a strong central government and those arguments led to the Bill of Rights.
The Federalist Papers are the ones that schools used to include in reading assignments for History classes, BUT they were the arguments for Bigger and Stronger Central Government.
Of course the government schools wanted people to be brainwashed by those anti-liberty arguments.
If it wasn't for the thinkers who wrote the Anti-Federalist Papers there would have been no Bill of Rights
and the America we knew would have been a feudal society. There would never have been ANY country
          that respected individual liberty.

My Atlas Society Daily Calendar for January 3 read:

The United States was the first moral society in history. All previous systems had regarded man as a sacrificial means to the ends of others, and society as an end in itself. Ayn Rand

            How refreshing.......

I didn't know there were ten. The news was reporting only two. My bad - I should have checked.

At least McConnell had the exasperation to say that they wouldn't conduct a trial before the inauguration. (Note that I don't call it intestinal fortitude because McConnell was one of the ones criticizing the President for the riots that he had nothing to do with.
