And the bit about "these fixed mortgages"....I'm so tired of that cry baby story. When you get a mortgage, the payments are all there in black and white...the interest rate(s) and even the total bottom line 30 years of interest, the whole grand total...It's ALL there, nothing is hidden so how can they say they didn't know their payments would increase after the 5 year interest free period ended??? This is something THEY agreed to, nobody forced them into a mortgage of any kind. Yet they say their houses were stolen from them??
