Have a friend that did the same thing. Funny, it lived in the house. Could go up the stairs, but not down them. Anyway, after a year, instincts took over and she was gone, so no facts that they will be harmed. The deer would've been dead if it weren't for these people. Just more proof of over regulated government control. Makes me want to perform some "new health care" on them...

A police officer did this? With the current atmosphere where cops are bullys that threaten one with arrest if they see you filming them beating the sh!t out of someone who refuses to cooperate at an illegal sobtiety check point, I have no sympathy. Throw his a$$ in jail. and his wife too.
