According to the CSPOA website... CSPOA (Constitutional Sheriffs & Peace Officers Association) is the only organization that has assembled citizens, sheriffs, peace officers, military, veterans and elected officials who are resolute in upholding their oaths to protect the constitutional liberties of the people.

    So stay out of my house on thanksgiving (and other times too). I am tired of being treated like a child by democrats who dont even go by their OWN rules.

      I'm with you on this. I first noticed what I now think of as a 'constitutional sheriff' when I was living in Florida. Now, I am seeing a broader trend - even in California.

      I think having a country full of Sheriffs who respect the constitution and will not abide these (and future) mandates is in my best interest and I want to see how I can help expand that thinking.

      I'm wondering if CSPOA is a good place to start, or where might be a better place to throw a few bucks (or hours).

    This organization is headed by Sheriff Richard Mack - probably the finest "law enforcement" officer, ever.
    This man has done battle with the federals and won.

    Interesting to speculate on what groups like this will do in response to Biden's forthcoming buy-back/registration executive order re semi-automatic rifles and "oversize" clips. I understand that there will be a fee of $200 for registering each rifle and each clip. One can only suppose what the penalty will be for refusing to sell-back or register.

    Every LEO should have top-of-mind awareness and respect for Constitutionally-guaranteed rights. It is those who do not who shouldn't be wearing the badge.

    It doesn't say much for this organization, when the very first sentence on their website doesn't make any sense at all!

      I think the second sentence helps to clarify it a bit:
      The slogan, which has been used for decades, yet which has been removed from the door of many police agency patrol vehicles, is To Protect and Serve.
