Did the PA Supreme Court Illegally Rewrite The PA Voting Statute and Invalidate All Mail In Ballots in PA?

The Penn Supreme Court changed the rules on the PA election on October 28th allowing votes that arrive after 8pm to be counted as valid. That is NOT what PA law states and the PA constitution says that only the State Legislature can modify laws.
If the US Supreme Court agrees, the result may be that all votes arriving after 8pm on election day in PA are not valid and can'y be counted.

As Jefferson said," Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add'within the limits of the law' because law if often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual."Mark as read | Best of... | Permalink|
