Too bad this isn't trending and pervasive within antifa, blm, the radical left in general.

no such luck though.

The way that gun was turned, me dino thinks the robber died because he shot himself in the upper thigh, puncturing the femoral artery, the femoral vein or both.
Had he shot what Anthony Wiener called his "junk," he would have bled out just as well. Doubt he coulda run out the store, though.
I'm quite sure that young punk had never been trained to shoot a gun. In fact, that may have been the first and last shot he ever took.
BTW, I did laugh the first time I saw that video. It showed up in my email a couple of days ago but I didn't think to post it here.

The only guns that I own are illegal in my village, a BB pistol and a high powered air rifle. I asked the cops if I could shoot them in my basement. They said to not let anyone know that I was doing that. Also illegal are bow and arrows and any projectile that lands within the village limits. They didn't think that through very well since they have to overlook throwing stones and baseballs and any other projectile.
Even I would know enough to take my finger of the trigger when holstering a firearm. As far as I know, many people shoot themselves in the foot or leg each year.

You don't live here in Alabama. Unless it's self-defense, it is illegal to discharge a firearm within the city limits where I live. BB guns and bows are okay. When the wind is right, I can hear gunfire at an outdoor pistol range just outside of the city limits. Every long once in a while full automatic fire can be heard. Recall watching a coworker there spray an earth barrier a Mac-10 machine pistol there. He said he had a federal license that allowed him to own that weapon.
I live a short drive from Birmingham that has several indoor ranges within the city limits. I prefer a really nice indoor range on the other side of Birmingham in a swankier city called Hoover where all kinds of nice stores are at.

22 is lethal, but not very. I do know w kid that killed a deer with a 22. Lucky/well-placed shots do work, but I wouldn't count on that to stop anyone.

22 magnum is a whole different story. I am surprised people aren't making more 22WMR carry pistols (aside from derringers). They would be smaller than 380's, and only a little less powerful. KelTek's PMR30 is very cool, but too big for carry. Great for home defense.

Anything with 50 round mag is good enough....LOL!
A buddy in Lubbock was a bounty hunter. Custom 30 round 9mm clip. "I'll cut a hole through the SOB!" This was after one of his "pursuits" snuck up on him and put a .22 through his mid thigh. He went to his dad, a retired veterinarian, and had the wound cleaned up. 3 hours later he was at the bar.

Now you are on my next favorite gripe, doctors. 90% of what they do can be done by a competent intelligent person. Their monopoly is one of the biggest issues we have in health care pricing, next to silly pharmaceutical pricing.

A couple months ago I "slipped" with an exacto knife. Nice incision just below the naval. My hands are a bit compromised of control and I thought I had the piecework secured well enough. Funny as s**t trying to tend this with my hands as they were and doing the patch-up one handed. Almost ended in the bath as I didn't want to mess the carpet. No stitches, no glue...can hardly see a scar.
New physician the beginning of Oct during physical asked me if I had been in combat. "No, just an active lifestyle." No bullet holes is a good thing. Now...about those knives....
