Last TEA party meetup before the release

Went to a TEA party meeting last night. Scott and Alex sent me some posters and handouts for the event. Our Congressman Keith Rothfus was the featured speaker. I went early and put posters on the wall. After Keith spoke the gentleman that runs the event directed everyones attention to the posters and announced the release date. He asked how many people saw parts 1 and 2 and I think every hand went up. I also met the northeast coordinator for Heritage Action for America. It turns out he knows someone that worked on the production of AS3. I asked him if he would be willing to e-mail or somehow notify his followers of the release date. He said he absolutely would. One of the TEA party organizers offered to help put a meetup group together to go see AS3 if a closer theater picks it up. It's nice to see all the support that is out there.

I'm following up all the different TEA party links in Colorado tomorrow [you inspired me] - not a lot of time left but even if they post it on the "events" section of their website it might help.

I have to admit I was a little surprised. I wasn't sure what the reaction would be. Talked to a guy afterward who asked if he could take a poster. He enjoyed the movies but he had a brother in law that was a fanatic. License plate holder, bumper stickers and now a poster. I talked to another woman who said she bought some high end workout outfit for a friend. She looked and on the bottom of their merchandise bags it said "Who is John Galt?. Pretty cool.

Partly. But also on principle. As Maggie Thatcher said The facts of life are conservative.

Thanks Pirate. I'm having fun. I think the timing for AS3 is perfect. There is a lot of frustration out there and I hope we tap into it.

This might be a good place to bring up "Defining the Game". Republicans for decades have been playing defense in a game they have allowed the Left to create. It's time they defined the goals and rules of their own game. The best defense is all-out offense.
    I'm just temporarily incapacitated, Gulchers.
