Now this one is right up into John Galt's Lane.
Truckers Send A Warning To Cities That Want To Defund The Police
Truckers are sending a warning to American cities that want to defund the police. The people that kept America moving during the pandemic are vowing to cease deliveries if a city defunds or disbands their police department.

My contacts within the trucking industry, from personal service to this industry for over 25 years and acquaintance with owners and operators that have upwards of 35 years driving and operating logistics businesses, tell me directly they shall not service large metro areas for exactly the reasons stated in the comments.
On top of this is the beginning of a business exodus, which I am a part of. The following link is personal and professional. Kris and I have had great business dealings in the past. Our businesses less than one mile apart. Since the early 90's, my first hand experience, manufacturing businesses have been exitiing due to tax and welfare redistribution policies in the metro area. Not just relocation to rural areas, but across state lines of the Dakotas, Iowa and Wisconsin. https://www.intellectualtakeout.org/m...
This is the subtle activity of going Galt.
I'm encountering retirees and young families, to the number of a dozen or so at present, within my past six months relocating, that have moved from high density to low density population. These folks are expressing they don't need the conspicuous consumption or all the conflicts or costs of larger cities. They are moving away from the use of force upon their lives.
This is the real revolution.
And you know what is said of assumption. Makes an ass of U and mption! LOL!
Voting should NEVER be mandatory. Everyone should have the choice to not give consent to any person or action.
If only stakeholders could vote, then those receiving federal or state transfer payments could not vote for more payments. If only property owners could vote then renters by hundreds of thousands in cities would not be allowed to vote, and the small towns and rural areas would have a larger voice instead of brainwashed big city dwellers. Ownership should not include "owners" with less than 30% (for example) equity. Politicians and their dependents would be excluded from voting.
No one should be able to vote without proving they support and understand the Constitution and what a Republican form of government means.
Universal suffrage is a Terrible idea.
Do I understand that correctly?
