I'm thinking that America is finished more often. Not just because of the brutal behavior of the cop, but also the pathetic behavior of the crowd. What has happened to the moral fiber of Americans? Weren't we taught to do something when you see a wrong being perpetrated?

Each policeman will have to decide for himself when enforcing the wishes of petty dictators is harming the citizens he has sworn to protect. It's time to quit when going to work makes you complicit to tyranny.

For some amusement, follow the court cases for Pennsylvania where the judge said the gathering ban was unconstitutional. It is beautiful, with the judge pointing out the sheer hypocrisy of the governor - who was out in the "protests" ... w/o a mask apparently.

I have to say that she should have left when asked to. I know that masks are BS but trespass is an actual crime.

With this in mind someone should have stepped up and prevented this travesty.

As a Trump supporter and Republican in Ohio, I am so sick of the stupidity of Mike Dewine. He went wrong when he became enamored by Dr. Amy, who is worthless. So he made it illegal to not wear a mask. This old lady for 4 months went shoppping, driving, worked in yard, maksless, during the height of the pLandemic. Then DeWine criminalized it. I have suggested a mass maks burning on several occassions. I have sent research stied to DeWine, likely went to Dr. Amy, showing all masks lead, even my doctor had to admit it this week. This is a false sense of security, whch is turning neighbors into rats who call the Ohio gestapo if they see a mskless person. This woman was outside, with family, social distance from others, no mask required! Do our cops, whom I support, not have enough real work to do. Our Sheriff here says he will not become the mask police, so don't call him. jDeWine is cusuing more harm than any usod he thinks he is doing. I will never vote for him for anyting again.

The appalling thing is no one in the stands made any move concerning what was going on except a few remarks, the one man visible watched as if it were part of the show. More tact and restraint might have been shown by the resource person and the officer instead of it making the appearance of a capital crime being committed. These days it is altogether natural for those in positions of power to think they can use any means no matter the magnitude of the situation, in this case of magnitude 1, the response was 8!

That was similar to a thought I had when I first saw the video. Why didn't people in the area all just remove their masks and force the police to arrest them all? They haven't realized the real danger is from power mad illegitimate authorities.

More information has been released: the mom is an asthmatic. She was sitting there (notice noone within 20 feet of her) to respect others and "distance" but without having to wear the mask.

PS - spread it to everyone: masks are a waste of time. Not a single study has been able to show that masks are effective against the spread of an airborne virus, and the CDC looked at ten separate studies by itself. Another report showed eighteen with the same result. Neither social distancing nor mask mandates nor shutdowns have any effect. You have to just let the disease run its course.

Reminds me when I was in high school. A kid (druggie troublemaker) that was a year ahead of me got arrested. He kicked the door of the car open and got out. Then he beat up two cops, pretty good.

You might think, "Oh a big football player?". Nay nay. He was a wiry little puke. I got into a fight with him myself because he assaulted my girlfriend while we were walking holding hands, and pounded the air out of him. (He had assaulted my girlfriend).

Cops like this are just bullies. Small town ticket-writing tax collectors that do nothing. This guy had to weigh over 300lbs, and he couldn't subdue a little girl? What a dork!

It is disappointing that others didn't just sho away the hall monitor and rent a cop.

Dear FFA, thanks for this Post. I intend to share this with every person on my list! I come from a Military/Law Enforcement family (my X2 was Chief of Police of two agencies and a Lt with the County Sheriff's Dept.) Both my sons were in Army/and Law Enforcement. X2 would have fired that fat cop and filed 'false arrest' charges. Not wearing a mask doesn't deserve handcuffs. He should not be allowed to wear a badge. In Texas, TECLOS (Texas Enforcement Commission on Law Officers Standards) would have pulled his ticket!

In something of a daze, I jumped out of my car and entered a local grocery store without my mask yesterday! When I came face up with the owner, I apologized and he laughed and said 'forget it' you are always welcome with or without a mask! I said I didn't want to cause an issue. His response was 'Since when?' More laughter.

What in the f&^k did I just watch? What in the hell is going on? 1984 no longer fiction, it appears. I would have gotten up and gotten involved. Honestly, I'd talk real nice to the officer and tell him I'm taking that lady to my truck for a mask. Diffuse the situation. If that didn't stop him I'd break his f'ing jaw...

The irony here is that people who look like this officer are violently protesting all over the country...and for what? Excessive government force. They don't see the forest for the trees. They don't have a snowball's chance in hell to get what they are asking for.

So, masked cop gets mask slid off face, and other cop didin't bother, but arrests citizen for not having mask. Several questions:
a. Were they required to now self quarantine for 14 days, paid leave?
b. A little hypocritical for the woman cop to not even have one dangling off her face. So hopefully a lawsuit will follow.
c. I failed to find in my pocket Constitutio or Bill of Rights where it says "Citizens must wear masks or get arrested", but that may be a new change passed by Pelosi last week or so. But still not seeing what legal authority there is for this clown show.
d. They need some lessons from old protests and just lay down and pretend to be dead.
e. Where is here "racists" claim?
f. Where is her "sexist msyoginist claim?

I served as my father and all his male siblings served, in various factions of the Service. One dead 30 miles off the Jersey coast, one Asst Chief Naval Flight Training, one Army, One AF. We talked of liberty and the price that may be paid. If push comes to shove...screw the Geneva Convention.
